0 if possible. The only review on here that's positive is a four star from a provider that still has complaints. It claims there's a five-star review but there is not. So not only is Klara a joke but trust pilot and it's reviews of it is also a joke. As an IT professional to receive a random text asking me to log into a portal for medical information, this sets off so many red flags I lost count. I never opted into this service. This is a violation of the FCC right now. You must give the patient or customer an option to opt in or not. To force your patients to go through this and to have the same information on your call tree when you call in is absurd. I wish providers actually read the reviews on this software before signing up to use it. If you have a provider that uses it, stay away because they do not know how to keep your information safe. There is no way that this is HIPAA compliant. Maybe once you get into the software but I don't trust that because I don't trust anything I've seen from this company or my provider to date.

No ability to contact Klara…

“Account” is apparently your cell number - I received several messages with 2FA numbers suggesting someone was trying to sign on to my “account”. The website is shite - the bot answering queries simply loops and there is little to no contact functionality readily available. Very poorly designed and executed. Sincerely, Steve. (This is NOT an April Fool’s post…)

Don't waste your time.

I have just tried signing up when looking to purchase some items from the Samsung UK website. Went through the whole process including allowing Klara to access my bank account, only for the system to say that it couldn't verify my identity. It took perseverance to eventually get through to a real person at Klara, only for him to say there was a minor problem and to reset this, reset that, stand on my head and spin round, and hopefully I could then have the pleasure of going through this whole process again and it might work. I have better things to do, however I will be notifying Samsung that they have just lost a big sale.

Horrid platform that hijacks your cell…

Horrid platform that hijacks your cell phone. Medical information should not be handled this way. When an office uses this platform, you have no choice but to get their endless texts that have no information and no detials and they keep harassing you for things and you are not told what it is for. Logins are always an issue, too.

Only works with some carriers. Does not work with Google Voice numbers it seems. Extremely incompetent support does not know this and is extremely unhelpful.

Klara is a sales gimmick targeted at gullible medical practices

Klara is nothing more than a sales gimmick targeted at medical practices. Patients receive only an incessant stream of cryptic, useless emails like this: "You have an appointment at 11:20 on 16 Jan." I have 5-10 appts every week, so that's just spam. I've inquired, and they just said they are not allowed to tell me with WHOM an appt is. I've had to block them.

Klara is a lot like a demand notice I got from the most widely known hospital in the U.S., amounting to "You owe us $8,000. Send it in." (I've used that hospital several times. This was not a phishing attempt.)

"What for?"

No kidding: "We don't know. Just send it in."

My response: "You owe ME $10,000. Send me $2,000 and we'll be even."

Never heard from them again. Too bad KLARA won't back off so easily. Buh BYE!

This form wants a date for my encounter. Surely they jest; I get these notices almost daily, the most recent one at about 2:30 this morning.

When I see a practice uses Klara, I go elsewhere for care

The “remember this device for 30 days” feature has never worked — not once. Every single login requires entering my birthdate, my phone number, waiting for a texted code, and then waiting for an emailed code, even if I was active in the portal minutes earlier.
And now it’s actually malfunctioning: Klara sends multiple codes in rapid succession — five texts, five emails, all at once — and none of them reliably work. It’s impossible to know which code to use, and half the time none of them log you in anyway. This isn’t security; it’s a broken system.
What’s most frustrating is how clear it is that Klara doesn’t prioritize patient experience. Patients aren’t the ones paying for the platform, so we end up stuck with a login process that’s tedious at best and completely unusable at worst.
At this point, when I see a medical office using Klara, I go elsewhere. A patient portal should make access easier, not add unnecessary stress and barriers. Klara has become a genuine obstacle to care, and the company shows no sign of addressing it.
I hope they fix this, because the current state of the login system is unacceptable.

I do not like at all to give poor reviews. Most people work very hard. I wish this was true for Klara. It is difficult to navigate. In addition staff, while polite, do not respond in a timely manner. In addition, they don't seem to realize who the customer is. It seems more like do what I say as I am more important than you. In addition when you ask a question they are very slow to respond. Like another said, were I not so impressed with clinic and provider, I would not even bother.

The app is incredibly slow to perform…

The app is incredibly slow to perform any action. The MFA for logging takes so long that by the time you receive a code, the login session has timed out, and you have to start all over again. I have to resort to shutting down and restarting the app several times before I can complete the login process. Not being able to use biometrics to log in is super annoying. Overall, once logged in, the app feels clunky, not at all intuitive or inviting, and with only a single use (i.e., secure messaging), it is somewhat of a waste of space on your device. The app would be more helpful if it were faster, easier to navigate, had a more modern and trustworthy appearance, and had an appointment scheduling function.

This app is pure garbage

This app is pure garbage. If my derm wasn't so good I'd quit simply for her using this app.

You can never get on. You ask it to reset, and it never sends you the email. It's been nothing but a hassle.

In the future I'll never go with a doctor that uses this app.

Klara is an absolutely horrible patient…

Klara is an absolutely horrible patient portal and I would definitely stay away from it. The portal is managed by corrupt thieves that embezzled my money and my mother's money in the healthcare system. I would not use this product. I have been trying for years to speak to customer service. They hang up, speak loud spanish at me, reroute calls. It's an absolute mess.

Klara has saved my company a lot of…

Klara has saved my company a lot of admin time. I own a medical practice. It allows for secure HIPPA compliant messaging, scheduling, allows patients to upload docs, fill out intake forms, etc. You can add their widget to your website and clients can message directly from the site. My only compliant is their payment portal is horrendous. I still can't login to it, when i try to reset the password, it never sends a password reset link.

det har blivit helt omöjligt att handa direkt med kort som vanligt.
när jag ringde Klarna då bad killen mig att stänga av Wifive var gång jag handlar. Vaaa det har jag aldrig gjort förut.
så nu får jag höra mig för så man kan slippa KLARNA där någon sitter och uppdaterar sidor för att tro han är smart men förstör hela bilden av KLARNA. Hoppas alla som har problem bojkottar ett företag som bara försvårar för folk så få se om jag kan beställa min tandkräm någon annanstans.
