Don't be fooled - they used to be careline medical and even then they sucked. You will never be able to get in contact with a person to talk about the order that you placed and never received. I placed an order in 9/2019 and was calling/messaging/emailing for 5 months without ever getting a response. It was seriously frustrating. We finally just had the bank refund us our money. But buyer beware - this company has no intention of shipping out any supplies - do not waste your money/time on them.

Fake website, ordered mask, and never able to get it after a month. Do not buy anything there!

This is really a fake website, do not fall for it!

I ordered on 2/3 for masks which their site shows as in-stock. After the payment was processed, I got a confirmation email. After a week, they sent a mass email saying they are backlogged but will process the order. After another week, I emailed and got a response it will be shipped in few days. Another week passed by, no supplies and another mass email came saying due to shortage, they will be allocating supplies and any unallocated order will be cancelled. I tried calling and email, both didn't work. The website then went down. Now it is back up as if nothing happens. Most masks are still showing in-stock (which is a lie). I already called up my cc for refund. But please please do not trust this website, it is fake!

Ordered on Jan 30. Received an email on Feb 6 they are overwhelmed, please be patient. Then the mainpage of website is down till now, but if you have the direct link you can still login. Tried to call but always mail box is full. Email finally got replied on Feb 12 claimed that my stock will be arriving in 2-3 days. After that, no way to find them again, not replying emails at all. So I file a claim on paypal today, hope paypal can refund to me. Dont order from this website.

I bought stuff on Ohmedical.com a month ago and I never received my merchandise. Their website is no longer working. I have e-mailed Federal Trade Commission t address this issue. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! FRAUD!

THIS IS FAKE! The customer service email address does not exist! Phone numbers are fake too!

I placed an order last January 30th, 1 case of surgical masks (600pcs) until now Februaty 12th, 2020, I haven't received it. I tried sending them an email and calling their hotline, the information they provided on the website does not exist, fake contact information. Good thing I paid with PayPal and I was able to file a claim. Waiting on the resolution now.

DO NOT order from this company, it is a fake company that scams ppl out of their money!! Placed order Jan 29 and they processed the payment and never heard back.. contacting my bank to see if I can dispute charges

I have also ordered on 28Jan2020 from this site.
No any update and email reply since the order date.
Phone called no reply but only chatbot.

I have contacted Paypal for help!

I placed an order before 6 days. I sent 3 email messages inquiring about my order but there is no reply at all from their side. I placed overseas phone calls but there is no human response, only answer machine. One of the worst online shopping experiences.
