That's the answer about your response, we all had an appointment but if the app is not working, the phone number is not working, and you sell the certificate you have it in one hour then 3 hours later I don't know how many emails I sent, BECAUSE THE PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK. it's a shame klarity the way it works and definitely a SCAM

Excellent service from Anna at customer services. When I entered details on my self test report, for some reason the DOB reverted to a default of 1960 but a quick email to customer services resolved this and my details are correct. I was really expecting a drama over it but communication was quick and stress free.

Incredibly poor app performance.. Created a user name and login password.. No drop down for any antigen test.. No support after 8pm.. And flight is 1930pm so useless for 24hr test window.. Use someone else.. Waste of 16.95 sterling... Now have no option for saving my negative test results and creating a clear to travel certificate at all....

Excellent service. Quick and easy. Easy steps to follow to take the test and then a timer to allow for development of the test. Easy to then take & submit a picture. All explained step-by-step. Certificate was available very quickly. Thank you, would use this service again. Highly recommended.

Klarity scammed me! My doctor cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before it was supposed to start when I took off work to be able to schedule that time. Messenger them 4-5 times asking for a refund with no response. There is no support phone number and they’ll take your money and give you no service.

Very quick and easy to test for covid fit to fly, results within the hour.

Fabulous service

Currently sat waiting for our sons result so we can leave for the airport. It has been 2 hours and no way of contacting them as the number on the website doesn’t work.

Easy to follow instructions, quick turnaround and overall great service

I've rarely experienced such efficient, intuitive, friendly customer service. So impressed! After realising there was an error on my fit-to-fly certificate, I immediately thought the worst an assumed that I would have issues getting this remedied in time to travel later that day.

I sent an email to customer service asking for assistance, but was ready to have to jump through lots of hoops and do lots of explaining (grovelling?!) for help. An hour later, I received an updated certificate straight to my inbox and to the Klarity app, with a friendly email. Ritz - you have saved my sanity and my family holiday. Thank you!

This test exceeded expectations in the speed with which the initial kit was delivered after ordering (with about 12 hours), the simplicity and clarity of the instructions and the speed of delivery of the certificate after the test was completed.

It was also possible to transfer unused test kits to family members for them to obtain their own certificate.

I ordered this test after I had miscalculated the 72 hour one and it came to early so I ordered the 24 hour test. I had to order it in my name as my daughter was 14 and it said, to place an order you had to be over 18. I then deleted the app my accident and I also panicked about putting the test in my daughters name and not mine. I didn't need to worry as I emailed the company and they emailed me straight back explaining everything! So very helpful and very quick as I was a little concerned with the whole process. Fantastic company and definitely recommend it.

Ordered a lat flow test for fit to fly certificate on Monday using next day delivery it’s now Thursday I fly on Sunday 6am I have no clue where my test is, cannot get through to anyone on the telephone says it has not been possible to connect my call.

Used because of TUI recommendation now I have no clue how to get a refund customer service is horrendous waste of time money and a lot of stress

Superb service, kit delivered early on day after ordering with clear instructions even a short video on their app. Test sent off and fit to fly certificate back inside an hour . I would definitely recommend Klarity

Poor! The telephone number on the website consistently says ‘I’m sorry we’re unable to connect your call’ and it’s therefore impossible to speak to a person.
After I purchased the antigen tests the government website was updated to say that the country we are travelling to no longer requires covid tests. However I’ve not had an answer to my email and without a valid telephone number it’s been impossible to get a response about whether these can be returned for a refund. £50 out of pocket. What a scam! Shame on your TUI for recommending a company with no telephone line!

Prompt easy to use service, couldn't fault them

Completed a video meeting with Martin Smith and he was absolutely brilliant, straight forward, very informative and made me feel at ease. Offered to help with any other requirements, would highly recommend.

Surprisingly it was simple after you had done the first one and it was very effective and efficient way of testing for COVID
One aspect I found daunting was selecting my date of birth as I had to scroll the years backword to 1947 I thought there should have been an easier way, but managed to get there in the end
