I have had a brilliant experience with Klinik Europe. If I could give 10 out of 5 then I would! I had a 360 FDL Tummy tuck and breast uplift with implants.

My initial contact was April 2023. I’d already lost a significant amount of weight and the loose skin was starting. Mel (the booking person) was so informative and did everything she could to help me. I booked a month later and put my deposit down.

On December 4th I flew out to Antalya. I’d had contact with the host (Hazel) to know what to expect when I landed. I was very nervous because of the language barrier but I needed have been.

We went straight to the hospital and had lots of tests done and then I was transferred to the hotel for my first night. Picked up the following morning and admitted into hospital to have my surgery.

I had 360 FDL tummy tuck with breast uplift and implant. The surgeon was amazing, his team were fantastic and the nurses on the ward so accommodating, even with the language barrier. I never felt like a problem, in fact, I’d never felt so well looked after in my entire life!

Two nights stay in hospital was followed by 4 more nights at the hotel where a nurse (Ozgun) came and changed my dressings daily and checked in with me. The hotel was great and the room service a godsend at times!

This company has been nothing but brilliant from start to finish. In fact, while I was waiting for my flight home, I got a quote to come back next year to finish off my excess skin removal! After all, 12 stone loss does leave lots behind.

I honestly cannot thank Klinik and all of the staff (within the company and hospital) enough. Best medical experience of my life. Thank you so much, and can’t wait to come back next year!

I've been investigating having a couple of cosmetic procedures. I must stress, I haven't booked anything, and so this review covers initial contact I've had with Klinik Europe.

Well, I can't rate my contact here - Mel - highly enough. Mel requested photos of my areas of concern, and consulted the surgeons, despite knowing that I was not a definite customer. She then came back to me and confirmed which procedures would be suitable, and discussed them, explaining the process and recovery times in detail.

Because I haven't the money now, Mel very kindly looked into how much it might cost in one year's time, and how much a flight/hotel/surgery package would cost then, which covers a week in Turkey. This price was clearly broken down into all its many components parts, and although currently unaffordable to me, it contained so much for that price that I thought it was extremely good value - what you might pay for 2 people staying in a good quality resort for two weeks. By the way, this price included the hotel costs for a companion staying with me too, so they could actually have a week's holiday!

Mel was not heavily pushing a sale, and understood I was making an enquiry and would likely have to save for a very long time. But because of her very helpful, kind, understanding and informative approach - and the excellent reviews of Klinik Europe on YouTube- I would definitely use Klinik Europe, should I be able to book.

I hope this review encourages people to make contact with this safe, highly rated Turkish clinic, if they are considering cosmetic surgery.

Sono stata a Istanbul alla fine di settembre tramite la Klinik Europe, operata a Istanbul dal dottor Mehmet Cömert. Era circa un anno che cercavo una clinica affidabile, con un ospedale sicuro,attrezzato e un buon chirurgo. Con Klinik Europe ho trovato tutto questo.Ho subito due interventi insieme,un aumento del seno e una rinoplastica abbastanza complessa. È andato tutto bene, ho avuto dei fastidi per i primi due giorni poi ho cominciato a sentirmi bene e il dottore era a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Nel mio caso gli antidolorifici stavano interferendo con la guarigione del mio seno e il medico mi ha visitato immediatamente e mi ha detto di ridurli. Mi sono sentita subito meglio e dopo la visita finale sono potuta tornare a casa. Consiglio questa clinica perché ho fatto molte ricerche e non ero mai sicura, ho sempre trovato qualcosa di negativo nelle recensioni o sui forum. Con loro invece tutto è andato bene come avevo sentito dire. Se vuoi tranquillità e vuoi che tutto vada bene lo consiglio. Consiglio anche di non andare da soli, io sono andato con un mio amico perché ho subito due operazioni e i primi due giorni hai bisogno di qualcuno che ti aiuti. Poi dipende da quale intervento devi fare o se riesci a fare comunque tutto da solo. Ho consigliato la clinica anche alle persone a me care perché sono davvero contenta di tutto. Ho aspettato per fare la recensione perchè volevo prima sentirmi bene e vedere effettivamente i risultati che ovviamente non sono ancora quelli definitivi. Sono passati quasi due mesi e sono soddisfatta sia del naso che del seno. Il mio naso è ancora gonfio ma è stupendo e sono molto contenta della scelta che ho fatto. Il seno invece è già perfetto. Raccomando il dottor Mehmet che lavora a Istanbul, non potevo andare ad Antalya perché Istanbul era più comoda per me. Klinik Europe are amazing. I arrived last Sunday, seamless transfer from airport to hotel, then to hospital on Monday morning. I was taken great care of by the lovely Hazel, she was there for me 24/7 the whole time I was here. Özgün looked after me once I returned to the hotel on Wednesday and changed my dressings for me and they both answered any and all of my questions. The surgeon was very kind and understanding, also brilliant at what he does. Very little pain, no problems at all. A truly positive and amazing experience. Thank you everyone 10/10

I’m Judy Robinson from the United Kingdom. This is my second round of surgery with Klinik Europe. Last year I had a breast uplift and arm uplift. I chose this company because their results were very good. But also price was a factor for me. I was so pleased with my surgery that I decided to book again with the same company and the same surgeon. I am here now and I’ve had a lower face and neck lift and my upper eyelids done. My surgeon also wanted to do a little more on my arms for me so he has removed more skin and they look amazing. I’m so happy with my results. The host Hazel is lovely and informative. I even receive messages from the owner of the company. But my favourite person apart from my surgeon is the nurse who comes to see me every day without fail. Ozgun. She is such an amazing nurse. She cares about you and wants you to listen to her so you heal well.
The worst part for me is my extreme fear of flying! So coming out to Turkey twice on an aeroplane speaks volumes about this company. Because I just won’t fly anywhere. But I trust my surgeon and nurse and host to look after me. I am such an anxious person and surgery and flying are my main fears. But here we are again back in Turkey! I will be returning next year for an extended tummy tuck. I’ve seen people’s results and I want to return where I feel safe and get great results.

I am currently 5 days post op after a mini TT and lipo.
My journey has been from start to finish... AMAZING.
from being collected at the airport, into hospital ready for surgrey and my visits with the wonderful Ozgun. I can't recommend this company enough for their amazing care, communication, support and results. My surgeon Dr Ceilk is a perfectionist and the most warmest gent to put you at ease. My recovery has been a breeze, walking is a must as it helps aid and if there was any questions I knew I could message my nurse. I now have family and friends wanting to start their journey with klinik europe.

After 1 year of trying to come to an amicable solution with klinic europe and multiple times of being asked to take down my review to find a solution. I’ve been left with no choice but to tell my story and experience and leave it here as I’m done trying to communicate and resolve this problem. I really have had enough.
So I first went in July 2022 for a gastric balloon. To cut a long story short after 3-4 weeks of insertion it had deflated and I was extremely poorly. I made it clear that we agreed on make of balloon and I was adamant and very clear that I wanted a water filled balloon not air. I was reassured that it was water. Well when I fell poorly and checked my notes it was infact air and this balloon was slowly deflating causing me to have what seemed like vertigo. I cut the 6 months short to fly back to get this surgically removed. To be told that if maybe I stopped eating so much this would never have happened. First red flag how could anyone say that. I’m not over weight by a large amount and I wanted rjis procedure to help me loose weight as I had a prolapsed disc and couldn’t train no longer. I got miss sold this procedure. As I was going under anaesthesia again I opted to have liposuction. Back, flank stomach abdominal and thigh. My aftercare was non existent I would have to reach out to gain a response. I felt very isolated and lonely and I felt I didn’t receive the support and help that they prided themselves on. 6 months on now and my results are horrific I am lopsided. Lumpy huge amount of scar tissue that is damaged and gone hard. Tunnel lines from the cannula being to close to the surface of skin. I look absolutely horrific. The only way that this will be fixed is if I have a TT which after leaving a review 3 times and them asking me to take it down. After threatening me with legal action. They have offered to do a TT at a reduced rate and fix my problem. I did think about it and my response was NO WAY. I wouldn’t trust them to fix anything after visiting there twice and being treated like I was. I was alone also and it wasn’t a nice experience at all. I’ve asked for my money back only for the balloon. As that was missold to me and I was lied to. This was 6 weeks ago a I sent an email even offering to surrender my experience and not broadcast it on any platforms. I’ve still not heard anything. So here I am. And this time I will not take this down. If I can save 1 person by not using this company. This is my 1000% honest truthful experience I have photos and emails and text messages to back this up. I’ve even been talking to the CEO of this company. Who admits in her messages that the balloon has never done this and doesn’t understand why. And she did offer me the £1700 discount off my TT. But I’m not prepared to undergo another surgery with this company ever

As I can’t write a reply to there response that’s taken nearly a year to respond too. I don’t have fo defend myslefon here and argue about me not being your patient What your saying is ludicrous and quite frankly bizzare. I have documents pictures. Emails what’s app threads from the CEO of the business. You have destroyed your own business with false promises. Bad work and pooor communication and lies. Trust me you done this all by yourself

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY !!!ok so enquired about surgery for my daughter was provided all details and costs.
due to a change in dates i was quoted an extra £500 for the hotel which i agreed to pay as the date issues were from my side even after i received a rude message from the representative- to be honest had little choice due to paying a deposit. i booked another date and unfortunately my daughter could not fly due to her passport not being valid (did not have 6 mths validity at time of travel). we lost money and rebooked for another date tried to ask if i could book my own hotel as we had to budget- the response was i would not be provided any aftercare as i was not booking with the hotel they work with. This was not stated in the breakdown report and I simply queried this . the representative responded with rude, insulting and accusatory messages stating i was asking for things for free and i did not want to pay for aftercare i need to add she was also using sarcasm. shocked and disappointed they have taken my deposit and will not refund it after i stated im not happy with the messages im receiving they were upsetting and inappropriate i was then told it would be easier to book with them than going down the complaints route how do i respond to this statement? they are not providing me any contact details to resolve this.

I recently had upper eyelid surgery with them, I was hesitant at first but now I couldn't be happier with the results! My doctor and his team are great. Wow what a fabulous experience I had from the start to finish!
I contacted Mel via WhatsApp and started the consultation and quote process on 29/01/23 during which time I was also contacting many other surgeons and clinics for quotes. Klinik where the ONLY company which asked for my reasons for wanting plastic surgery and asked many questions around my answers to get to know me before they even asked for photos to quote with. This is the main reason I decided to trust them with my body. I was also asked to fill in a health questionnaire for them to be able to better advise and quote me. They are also approved and certified by the Turkish Ministry of Health to perform medical tourism procedures and the majority of other companies are not.
I asked many, many questions whilst researching and Mel was very patient with me and worked with me through my worries, problems and sorted arrangements with me over flight timings etc.
I booked and paid my deposit on the 15/02/23 and had communication up till the day I flew on the 26/04/23.
I travelled with my sister who was coming as my companion but who in the end also had booked a procedure, and we were met at the airport by our transport driver and taken to the all-inclusive recovery hotel were we stayed for 2 nights before our operations. The following day I met our Klinik host Tugba where we went to the private hospital and I had my pre-op tests, filled in the paperwork, met and had a consultation with my surgeon, Dr. Bahadir Celik, and paid the final balance.
I had a Mummy Makeover which included a Tummy Tuck, abdominal muscle repair, 360 Vaser Lipo and a breast lift. The operation and my results were amazing and within 2 days I was back at the recovery hotel enjoying the room service which was provided for 3 days for recovery patients, the Klinik nurse, Ozgun, who had been with me throughout my op, visited daily to change dressings, help with showering once allowed etc and both Tugba and Ozgun were both contactable day and night for any reason which made my experience even more worry free and enjoyable.
We decided to extend our time in Turkey by 3 more days for a bit more recovery time and again the Klinik team helped us sort the hotel room, transfers and anything else that was needed.
I was also luckily enough to win a free Botox session through the Klinik Facebook group competition and it was with my surgeon so I felt so at ease to have this done with him.
Overall I had the best time and made some wonderful memories and new friends 'surgery sisters' whilst there, and I would 100% only use Klinik for any further plastic surgeries if I wanted them.

I went with Klinik Europe for breast uplift and implants from im so happy with my experience with Klinik from the minute I landed to being back home. Everyone involved with Klinik are absolutely lovely they go above and beyond for you and nothing is ever a problem to them. Hotel they use is 4 star all inclusive over looking the sea you have Kliniks very own nurse stay with you the first night of surgery in hospital so she’s on hand quicker then waiting for hospital nurses she will do anything for you.
Back at hotel a nurse visits you twice a day to give you medication and change your dressings and address any concerns (I had no concerns)
Then u have a physiotherapist come after a few days to massage your areas of operations.
The care with this Klinik is priceless I can’t wait to return in October/November for my full body lift and leg uplift, then maybe 2024 for bbl 🤪 I fully put my trust into them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.. xx

Very disappointed with my results. Spoke to a coordinator over 180 times. From start of the process until yesterday ( 21/3-23).
I sent my first complaint on 22/1/23 as soon as I got home after I was advised my my coordinator. Told I would get a call back after voicing concerns I had while I was still in Turkey.
Had no call.
Sent another email about the compliant.
Had an email back saying there was no compliant.
So I sent another.
Have had no response whatsoever.
20 emails I have sent and nothing.
I was asked was it the correct email. I said yes, they told me check my junk emails, which I did. And sent them a photo to show them as there was nothing there. Was also told that the legal department had emailed me back. I asked them to send them again but nothing.
I had the procedure of a Breast lift and arm skin removal. Which at the moment I have got bad results.when I got to the hospital I was told I needed a tummy tuck and don’t have my arms done as the tummy tuck was desperate. I told them and told them I couldn’t have any surgery to my tummy as I’m waiting for a hysterectomy. I didn’t get the results I was told I would get. Even after sending photos and stating will my skin be smooth. And was told I would be happy with the results. I’m disappointed and upset with the way I have been ignored and been treated. Even if I had received an email back out or courtesy.

Fantastic from start to finish!! Used Dr Bahadir Celik through Klinik Europe and had the most wonderful experience that much so I’m flying back out in 11 days!! I had a 360 tummy tuck, full medial thigh lift, breast uplift and arm lift with Dr Celik and the results are insane!! The scarring is brilliant and is almost already non existent and it’s only been 11 months, Tugba and Özgün the host and the nurse are so amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them they are there day and night if you need them and the team are always available if you need any assistance, after care is super important especially if you are travelling from another country for surgery ( I flew from the UK) but the aftercare is brilliant they always check up on you when you are back home and if you have any concerns the team guide you all the way and offer the best advice. 100% recommend you are so well looked after right from booking to surgery to getting home the care never stops xx

Travelled over in June 2022, great experience from the moment landed. Picked up from airport, hotel was beautiful, hospital was immaculate,looked after from day 1 by such a lovely young lady who was so helpful. Surgeon and nurses all lovely, will definitely be going back!

Ich hatte eine zahnärztliche Behandlung bei der Klinik Europe in Antalya und bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Lächeln. Alles wurde für mich organisiert und der Ablauf verlief reibungslos. Jetzt liebe ich mein neues Lächeln und ich werde für eine Bauchdeckenstraffung wiederkommen.

There is a lot of mixed press regarding travelling to Turkey for Surgery. Since my teenage years I had been obese, my weight was up and down like a yoyo. I reached 54 and had really bad problems with me knees, my joints were worn from carrying the excess weight, I was borderline diabetic, had bladder issues and was generally very unhappy when I looked in the mirror. I researched options fully, and was advised that I was a candidate for Gastric Sleeve Surgery in the U.K, however waiting lists were long and for private surgery I was looking at anything etween 4 and 6 thousand pounds. After discussion with my G.P in the UK I decided I would travel to Turkey for the Surgery. I researched and spoke to several previous patients who were all delighted with Klinik Europe. I was given a pre op Consultation who answered all of my concerns, and the hospital was spotless, the staff were fantastic and my Surgeon even visited me in my hotel 3 days after my surgery (the day after discharge) to check on my progress. Since returning to the UK I have gone from 23 stone 10 to 15 stone 8, my joints are less painful, I am no longer borderline diabetic, my continence has improved, I sleep better and look and feel better. The whole experience including hotel and flights cost me just over 3 thousand pound. And I had a bit of a holiday too! No regrets whatsoever!! I would recommend without hesitation.

Despite numerous whatap messages I have NOT received my deposit back. They changed surgeons last minute with no consult. No face to face with New surgeon. Apparently worked with them long time, 3 months which in my opinion is very short time. No group and hold requested before surgery. I changed surgery due to lack of confidence from face and neck to abdo lipo. Paperwork sent out related to previous surgery for face. I requested refund and cancellation paperwork was to be sent. Despite numerous requests it was never sent. After i refused to go with new surgeon due to poor reviews or reviews clearly posted by other agents I wanted to cancel. Agent got pushy saying I could have original surgeon Dr ....AFTER she Informed me he don't work for them anymore due to poor revision rates. Ok so either he does or does not work for them, what is the truth? I had communication from others who had surgeon changed due to Dr... having covid?? What is truth? I want deposit returned due to no faith in company and way they operate
