Absolutely scam company.
Rubbish products and won’t issue refund with our returning the item to China. Won’t respond or confirm products is received.
Do not buy from them company!

Do not buy!!!Shame you can't give a zero. These guys are scammers, the e-reader is just a paper note book, a Bluetooth stylus and an app you download to your phone.

Full refund available if returned within 30(?) days of receipt. I sent mine back, it's been sat with the Chinese courier since 30 December and Klynis day no refund until they receive the goods, obviously impossible for me to effectively liaise with China Post from Australia.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and a laser skin removal product. They took months to arrive and the vacuum cleaner is crap. It doesn’t pick up anything. I took a video and sent it to them but they told be that it’s pass the 30 day refund or return period.. do not purchase anything from this company. They are scammers!!

They stole my money!!
They sent me a faulty product from the get go, then delayed responding to me. Told me to return the item. Then refused tk refund me OR send a replacement item once returned!!
Total scam!

Terrible DO NOT purchase anything from this site ever. I ordered an LED mask for my daughter for Christmas. I never received product and exchanged over 30 emails trying to get a refund to no avail. The reason I purchased this was because of a review from Top Choice. When I go into Top Coice to contact them the company that runs it is the same one as the company that took my money. Total SCAM. Thank goodness I purchased thru PayPal. Thank you PayPal.

The absolute worst. Item does not match description on website and is of extremely poor quality. The item is faulty and the customer service is appalling, still waiting for a resolution months after providing evidence of a faulty item. Do not buy from this company.

The after sales service from the Klynis Team was truly exceptional. I had to return an item as I was given a similar one prior to it arriving.

There was absolutely no issue about returning it. The Klynis Team were extremely understanding and accommodating.

The customer service team kept me informed at every stage of the return process. They were kind and professional in all correspondence. Five stars for service. Danielle

Can’t even rate. This is a scam. They encouraged me to send product back for refund and I still lost another $60. Don’t bother unless you want to pay for sn overpriced toy. Don’t waste your money.

They don't let you cancel orders sighting tech issues. When you fight them and involve Paypal they offer partial refunds that never come, Sighting more tech issues and ask for your bank details.. AVOID!!! They have since changed names to Vaamy but seem to be operating under Klynis also..

The vacuum is absolute rubbish, I have no idea why I purchased on-line, I usually won't but this time I did, what a mistake! Never again, the vacuums (I fell for the 2 is cheaper deal...) are absolutely useless!

Ah man, I should have checked this companies reviews prior to buying $340 worth of digital frames.

The boxes arrived damaged so I asked to return them, provided pictures of the damage as well. They accepted and sent through the return info.

The package has now been stuck in Chinese customs for two months and the seller has stopped responding to my emails asking them to retrieve it.(Australia post a has advised me that it’s entirely on the seller to retrieve the parcel and I have given them this information)

Do not buy from these scammers.

Horrible experience. They never delivered the photo frame I purchased through their website using PayPal. They provided false information on shipping and finally confirmed they didn't ship after a month. They claimed they couldn't reimburse me through PayPal because their system wasn't working and have asked multiple times for my personal banking information. Two months later PayPal has finally reimbursed me with the email trail documentation supporting their shady business practices.

SCAM ! Buyer Beware !!
I bought an item from this company a few months back . Firstly the item arrived damaged . They sent me a return address to send it too , expecting me to pay $41 shipping fee back to China after being told this company was in Australia . Luckily I purchased this product through PayPal and they helped me with the shipping cost. The item was then sitting at customs and the seller was told they had to pay a fee to collect it . Obviously the seller refused to collect it or pay the fee. This company obviously knew there would be charge and they wouldn’t pay it resulting in them them claiming I didn’t return the item. Luckily PayPal informed me that this company is liable to pay to collect the return I sent , which I had proof off. Over 3 months later I finally won the battle through PayPal and received my $260 money back , thank you PayPal.
This company is a scam and tried every way they could not to give me a refund. Please watch out for this company they are rotten to the core

Absolute scam. Ordered a “$600” telescope and received a child’s toy telescope instead. They tried to get me to open the box saying that it was just the packaging that was wrong. Under their “warranty” if a package is opened you cannot return it. I returned the item at a cost of $60 to China (not Sydney as advertised). No refund received and they went quiet on emails. Luckily I got my bank to reverse the charges on my credit card. Most banks will do this if you send through your correspondence and invoicing proving the scam.

Went back and forth with emails for Robovac order.

Empty promises. Promised a refund only to then be told already shipped. Numerous quests for tracking number - never eventuated
Thank goodness we paid thru PayPal. Lodged a request to dispute/refund. Approval arrived within 30 seconds. That action speaks volume!! Thanks Paypal

DO NOT ORDER. IT IS A DROPSHIPPING SCAM. I ordered a vacuum and laser hair removal machine and both are not as advertised and do not work. Cheap plastic that is of Shein or TEMU quality. Even came with a random hair/nail/tweezer kit that I've actually bought from TEMU myself on a seperate occasion. Absolute scam and should be taken down.

If I could give zero stars to the company I would but I can only choose between one and five stars.

I ordered products las November for Christmas presents and they still haven’t arrived. After numerous emails, nothing has changed.

I am assuming this company is a scam. Do not order anything- they had fake reviews!

I have waited two months for my order and it still hasn’t arrived.
I have been constantly emailing them to find out why it is taking so long only to be told there are courier issues.
I have requested twice for a refund but they haven’t responded.
In my opinion they are scum and the ACCC should block their website
