Danke

This is my first order with kniga.de and I'm very pleased with the service. Although I live outside of Germany, the delivery was fast (a week) and I got regular updates. The books are in perfect condition. I'll definitely come back and order again.

Katastrophe!

Auswahl in Ordnung. Lieferzeit top, hatte längere Lieferzeiten erwartet. Die Ware ist super

Kniga.de is an excellent company! They have a great choise of books, excellent package, delivery and paiment services. I am very satisfied: ))) and recommentd kniga.de to everybody !

As I never seen this side before I was a bit afraid of beeing scammed (like some other people said here into the comments) but the service is awesome. I received my order view days after ordering (so in the same week I have ordered). The order was in perfect condition. Besides this if you contact the support the answer comes within view hours. Definetely will order again.

I have experience with other Russian book sites in Germany, and this one is so far the best. Really impressive, ordered the books in the morning one day, the next day noon I had them in my hands (ordered within Germany).
Easy purchase, all very transparent, got e-mails with every step of order processing and delivery.
The books arrived well packaged and crispy new.
Overall very good price for such service, will definitely buy more.
The only thing that put me off was the name of the company. Gerr GmbH sounded a bit weird.

It’s a real scam site, they don’t have any ethics whatsoever. I’m at fault for not paying attention to a mistake in my address and they decided that I had to pay an additional 22.90 euros for my books. With was a total 30 euros with shipping.

Don’t trust them they are scammers.

I was afraid of being scammed, but everything went smoothly. I received five books in 10 days (to Switzerland). The quality is excellent. I will definitely order more often.

Accepts PayPal, which is a good sign.
I had to order a book for a Russian friend of mine, it arrived fast and the packaging was perfect. Too bad shipping for orders outside of Germany can be expensive (and for Germany it's just 5 euros, as of this writing), but it's to be expected. So, nothing to complain about here. Would definitely purchase again.
