Great customer support
For most people in this economy, spending money you don’t have is fairly common. When it comes to making choices to what you need to spend it on, you want to spend it wisely. I’ve been using Knix for years, and loving the underwear. Now, my daughter is using Knix Teen and loving them too! Making sure I’m getting exactly what I want before I order is essential, especially when it’s buying something like underwear online. I am adding some new Knix to my undergarments and needed some help before purchasing. Alex B in customer support was very informative in helping make my selection easier. She provided me with help on fit and sizing. I asked her multiple questions, even ones I could have found if I looked online 🙈. She was more than happy to help me in answering my million questions. I am now confident in which underwear I want or purchase and feel comfortable in doing so. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, let alone great. Knix definitely has great customer service! I am a repeat customer, and very happy about that 🤗.

great experience w customers service
I placed an online order and for some reason the shipping address was defaulted to my old address. I reached out rifht away to customer service for help and Alex B on their team helped me with my order that had to be sent back from the shipping company then reshipped. This whole process took less than 5 days, communication was fast and Alex was so nice and helpful.
I’ve been shopping Knix for years but never had to deal with customer service, but now that I have I can confirm they are amazing !

Love my high impact sports bras!
I ordered two high impact sports bras from Knix and they are amazing. The fabric is so comfortable and the moulded cups make it comfortable enough to wear all day. I had a fabric issue with one of the bras and Knix customer service was phenomenal. I have to give a shout out to Sahra from
Customer Service! She was so kind and quick at replying back-and-forth with the emails and we resolved my issue in no time. What a great company with great products and fantastic service.

I have been a longtime client and often have excellent service. If one is not satisfied with "policy", speaking with a human service person ALWAYS results in a generous and fair resolution. The service people are focused on listening and responding to the needs of the client while also making sound business decisions. For example, items that have a flaw (rare) are not returned, and the service person trusts the client's word, & gives the option to replace or refund. Underwear is donated if not right. Products are innovative and usually last for ages. I only wear Knix underwear and bras now. Loungewear, swim and dresses are flattering.

On June 4th
On June 4th, 2026 I went to Knix at Market Mall, Calgary, AB. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Ed. I explained what I was looking for and felt heard. Ed was very knowledgeable regarding the different items. I was then led to the dressing area where Ed relayed everything that I asked for to Maddie. Maddie was professional as she helped with fitting and made me feel very comfortable the whole time.
One of the items I wanted wasn't available in the store and I was advised they could order it and have it shipped to my home. I declined.
Today I received a welcome email from Knix with a 15% off code. Since their ScultRib cotton scoop neck t-shirt impressed me so much, with 15% off I decided to order two more. Of course I realized I screwed up the order after it processed. I quickly reached out to Customer service. Alex B responded right away, canceled the order and helped me receive the discount.
I am giving 5 STARS to the store employees, the product and customer service.

I had accidentally sent my order to a previous address
I had accidentally sent my order to a previous address. Shamita replied to my inquiry about redirecting my package. It had already been processed so I was advised to reach out to the shipping company. They advised I could have the order returned to sender but the address could not be changed for security reasons so I agreed. I let Shamita know and requested to advise on next steps. She had my order reissued. Thanks to the team, I love Knix products, especially the leakproof underwear.

Super easy and helpful return process!
I placed an order on a clearance item that was non-refundable/unable to be exchanged. I had ordered the size that knix recommended based on other products I'd purchased from them, however when it arrived unfortunately it didn't fit. I messaged the customer service team and they got back to me right away and offered to allow me to return the item and receive a full refund anyway. Honestly I have always had a good experience with knix and find they are always very flexible with returns and refunds, which is super appreciated when shopping online!
