Very good product and that is why I am ordering this one which is my 2nd order. I have not received a tracking number or anything thus far. Otherwise I would easily give 5 stars. I realize shipping is slow these days but it would be nice to be assured everything is ok with my order. I am confident it will get here but when I have no idea. Otherwise a very good company!!! The KO8 is very legit.

Professional and friendly and truly kind instructors and well-maintained environment.

I ordered a full week ago and paid for rush shipping and my order has not even processed or shipped yet. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I was so excited about this product and for the price I paid I am very disappointed in customer service so far. Hopefully I get some answers or it ships soon.

I still have no tracking number no contact info and I had to reach out to get certification program and at the moment there is no eta on my order

I purchased my Ko8 3 weeks ago and paid for express shipping and I’m still waiting for it. I did have an email saying they’d look into it last week but nothing since. I’m really disappointed

I never leave reviews, but in this situation I feel like I have no choice.

Ordered a KO8 11 days ago, heard nothing since. Tried contacting the company to see if everything is okay with the delivery or shipping. I’ve emailed and heard nothing, I’ve message instagram and heard nothing. I’ve paid for express delivery and 11 days have gone and heard nothing at all.

I would not mind waiting a few weeks if I have received some sort of email from the shipping or courier dealing with the parcel stating there is a delay or if there has been a problem. It’s the fact I’ve received a confirmation email of my purchase when I brought the item and have had nothing since.

It's a shame! What's wrong with you guys?! It's now almost one year ago since I ordered your functional Training System (14.03.2021!) and haven't gotten neither the item nor my money back!!! I was very patient because of delayed shipping regarding Corona. Later you promised me to send my money back! That never happened! I just highly recommend everybody not to buy anything from them! It's just a great disappointment!

Update:
On February, the 22nd 2022 I really received my money back! I no longer believed in it. But after complaining on all channels I know, it finally worked out! This is so needless, but I am glad that KO8 apparently takes it serious and show their good will to fix those issues even after such a long time. Until now they haven't send me the KO8 Functinal Training System for free as promised, but it is still possible.... I will give you another update.

My experience is very bad. I ordered their product and they have never sent it to me. Although I contacted them some weeks after I ordered and asked repeatedly about the shipping time, they have not reacted at all unless I do this via Facebook. I am glad I have paid through a payment system that can refund me but still Im waiting for a refund.

I love the K08 suspension training system. As a physical therapist, I have discovered MANY creative ways to achieve my functional fitness goals. It’s easy to set up and use with the door anchor instead of having to drill a support hook into my ceiling.

I have not been impressed with the K08 workout app, however. The variety of exercises are minimal, and seem to only really focus on male oriented Hiit/martial arts/single joint strengthening, or female oriented beginner Pilates, with nothing dynamic, interesting, or challenging in between these two ends of the spectrum. The K08 system is amazing because it can be used to build strength in a functional, multi-directional range, thus mimicking real life movement. The app’s workouts seem to miss this...

I love this product. It’s versatility and simplicity opens up such a wide range of exercises across strength, HIIT, conditioning, even yoga and Pilates. The tutorials are excellent as are the workouts available on the accompanying app and there’s even a supportive and fun Facebook group that encourages you and motivates you to try even more new moves. I was highly skeptic when I saw it advertised but any doubts were quickly blown away. I love it as do my PT clients.
