Man I wish I had done more research. Their products are trash. The quality of the material is poor, the stitching is sloppy, the zippers are cheap. They refused the refund as well. They should be shut down.

Didn't even need to Order to know this was a scam - the multicolor pleated check skirt photos were a direct rip from the Toast website, and they even stole a video from a creator where in the original video they tagged Toast!

This company or whoever this is is a scam. I ordered some pants June 6. I have not received nothing from them $76 was taking from my account and I hope they think this is the end but it’s not. I am going to take actions with whoever this person is that’s out here is scamming people Trust and believe when I say this that I’m gonna take actions on this person who is doing this to people because this is horrible people use their hard work and earn money to order stuff and then for them to get scam with somebody that’s ridiculous but I hope they don’t think they get away with it cause I have not received nothing yet from them and they don’t even have a contact number where you can contact them so whenever you order something from somebody, you have to make sure they have a contact number And always look at the reviews before you order anything from somebody. That’s what I have learnt, but I am not playing. This is not a joke cause this is my money horrible horrible company never order from them never you will never receive your package. It’s been a whole goddamn month

Scam!! Do not transact with this vendor. They have not fulfilled my order it has been 3 weeks and I emailed them several times giving an excuse that they have an unexpected large order. I wished I read the reviews first before transacting with them. Total scammers!!!

I ordered 3 dress from this store for my trip to France and only got two dresses in the order. The third dress didn’t arrive until a month after I got back from my trip. One of the dresses was torn/damaged so I asked for a refund they refused to refund me. I asked to return the third dress that didn’t arrive in time because it is way too small and They refused the return. They emailed me some long excuse about the cost to ship to China will cost more than what the dresses are worth. And that I’m better off using a 50% discount code they offered and want me to spend more money with them. I don’t want to buy anything from them, their quality is so bad, the clothes are nothing what it looks like online. The fabrics are cheap. I asked for an exchange and they can keep my money, I at least want something I can use since I paid $300.00 with them, but they also denied exchanging the items. So now I’m stuck with 3 dresses that don’t fit me and are broken.

J'ai acheté une robe caftan qui ne correspondait pas à la photo, chiffonné, tissu de mauvaise qualité, coupe bâclée.
Quand j'ai souhaité faire un retour, ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'acceptait aucun retour. Et que moi j'ai perdu 55 euros pour un article de 5 euros.

This online store is a scam!!!!! I paid for the package to arrive within 6 to 10 days and it came after a month. They didn’t find me at home, so I never received the package in person — and now that it’s been returned, they’re asking me to pay for the return shipping costs. You are UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve been going back and forth with them via email for a month now, trying to explain that they need to issue a refund, since I’ve paid for something I haven’t received in a month and a half.
Their excuse is that the item ships from China — and even though they know it will be delayed, these scammers still charge you for express delivery they never intend to fulfill.
Websites like Temu and Shein are far more reliable than this one — not only do they process refunds properly, but if an item is delayed beyond the promised window, they offer store credit automatically.
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM.

If I could give a negative star, I would give 100 negative stars this company is ridiculous after several attempts to find out where my package was I finally received it. The garment was of a very cheap quality and when I requested a return because you have to request by email to return it. They denied the return. I did not like the fit what that was not good enough reason according to them

Placed order 25 April. Stated delivery within 8-12 working days. Despite several emails saying my order would be dispatched, still waiting nearly a
Month later. They keep asking me to be patient while they work on my delivery. Not holding my breath for the quality of the garment. Appalling. Wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering.

The dress had a stain and although they answer the emails relatively fast they are not helpful answers. It met their quality standards apparently and they don’t do returns although the agreement says they do .

Terrible, horrible returns policy do not purchase under any circumstances. I have reported to the ACCC

Zeer slechte kwaliteit. Ze verkopen jurken die je kan vinden op SHEIN. De kwaliteit is slecht en terugsturen kan niet, want de kleding voldoet wel aan hun kwaliteit.

Absolute scam with an illegal 'returns' policy. Unfortunately, based on the other reviews I have read on here, I'm not the only one. Ordered a dress which unfortunately didn't fit. Tried to organise a return within the normal window and they claim they don't accept returns if items don't fit. Despite being an online company whereby there is no other option of trying the items on before buying?!!

I've reported them to my credit card company and will report them for fraud as well. As detailed in other posts, there is just an automated response from their email address and it's no help whatsoever. Disgusting business who give a lot of other honest online sellers a bad name.

What a scam online store - Dress received plus 2 pairs of earrings - what a horrible dress it was! Fabric was like plastic polyester, poorest quality, bad workmanship The earrings - one pair would not even fit a child's ears - who seels 1 cm hoop earrings?
Requested for a refund immediately and took them 2 days to respond with an automated cut & paste reply to every customer who ask for a refund.
Even SHEIN or CIDER has better quality and customer service.
PLS report their site to Instagram and Facebook.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I have to. It was the worst shopping experience in my 40 year life. The customer service really tire you out. The fit is so different from the photos and the quality is below mediocre. I thought I was getting a oversized midi dress but what I got was snug maxi dress. No detailings for comfort. Just pieces of clothes fixed together. I expected too much for the price.

SCAM. The company is reported to be US based but goods are shipped from China. The correspondence is limited and unprofessional. It took 4+ weeks and a fraud report to Amex before the item was shipped. The company do not offer refunds despite agreeing a refund over email. The policies are discretely hidden online. Fortunately I commenced a dispute via Amex as the goods did not arrive within 28 days, the jacket I ordered looked like something an infant might have sewn together. Absolutely shocking quality. The ‘high quality 100% suede jacket’ was 100% polyester and it was different colour and design to what was advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
