Absolute garbage that can’t “really” be returned
The dress wasn’t overly expense - but it’s super cheap material (like the kind of cheap that’s uncomfortable to wear because it feels more like a plastic-paper material vs cloth). The stitching isn’t even, threads are popping everywhere and the zipper jams. The waist area doesn’t fit properly and bulges at the side. The worst part is there isn’t a real return option. They said they would make right and after several emails, along with pictures, they’re only offering a $5 credit lol - don’t waste your money. Super junky. Better quality on Shein

Scammers. Scammers. Scammers. Wish I saw these reviews before ordering. Hope people see this so they never order from these fraudulent conniving people. Biggest liars ever I read their return policy didn't say anywhere that my item was non refundable and now they have stolen MY money. Please no one else shop here and give away your money to these scammers.

If there would be a negative star option I’d choose -5! This site should be reported and shut down! Very misleading, poor quality fabric dress, poorly tailored, materials don’t match as pictured! You wait 3 weeks upon purchase only to find disappointment! An elegant dress came packaged stuffed in a tiny bag with out tags, returns are pretty much not an option, customer service sucks! Email only and they will respond to you 3 business days later which will interfere in the 14 days window of return, then they will ask you for photos to show proof but you won’t have tags and it’s so creased from being squeezed in that package and it will take them another 3 days to respond to you only to notify you that your return is not honored. Shame on koeei cheap and nasty!

Very poor company with out much recourse when the cheap ass clothing needs to be returned to them. This company thinks they are slick when they insist you pay for the postage to return the item to a location in China and back to the U.S. to exchange something, or, they offer you yet another cheap ass item for 50% off without postage fees! Keep it ALL. I" take the hit and never ever ever purchase from them again!

Avoid buying from this website or company. I bought a dress, and when it arrived, it didn't look like the one in the video or pictures. The fabric is different, and the quality is bad. I tried to return it, and they said they don't accept returns!! Ah. It took them almost 2 months for the dress to arrive. It is a cheap dress, but they sell it to you for a high price. I wish there were rules for these scammers.

Ordered on 19 October. No delivery received. Contacted Koeei and they sent me a tracking number that does not work!

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Koeei.com, and I feel obligated to warn others so they don’t fall victim to this deceptive company.

I ordered a dress that looked stunning and elegant on their website, but what I received was a poorly made, cheap imitation that didn’t even remotely match the advertised images. The material was subpar, and the overall design looked nothing like the sleek and stylish product I thought I was purchasing.

When I contacted their customer service, they outright refused to acknowledge the glaring issues. Instead, they tried to excuse the mess by saying the “tassels were not fixed during shipping” and claimed the product “meets their quality standards.” This is absurd because the product clearly does not meet any reasonable quality or accuracy standards.

Despite providing clear photographic evidence, they denied my return request and pointed me to their restrictive return policy, which conveniently makes it nearly impossible to get your money back. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.

This is daylight robbery, and I feel scammed. Koeei.com is clearly more interested in taking your money than delivering on their promises. If you value your time, hard-earned money, and peace of mind, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I hope my experience helps others avoid the frustration and financial loss I went through.

Really poor quality. I tried to return the item which was very different to what it looked like on the website and was told I could not refund it (unless it was specifically faulty). Very bad customer experience, wasting lots of time over emails. Wouldn’t recommend

Let op! Dit is een dropshipping bedrijf. De verkochte kleding is niet origineel. Er worden foto’s gebruikt van designerkleding van de oorspronkelijk websites. Je krijgt echter een nepproduct thuisgestuurd, waarvan de kwaliteit dramatisch is. Terugsturen lukt niet, want de klantenservice geeft geen gehoor. Zonde van je geld dus!

Absolutely dreadful company. I ordered a dress, it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Looked cheap and awful and not like in photo. Seams bulging out where top material is sewn to bottom part. I returned it next day to the adress given on the original packaging. Am now in a lengthy email thread with them that they can’t refund me as I should have contacted them before returning the dress. And that I should have returned the item to China and not to the adress on the packaging.

They do this deliberately to crush someone’s energy, they aims for the person to give up and accept their loss.

Chinese Scammers, please do avoid them!

The jacket I ordered took a month to arrive, and when it did arrive it looked nothing like the photo. I tried to cancel the order before it was posted due to the time it took, and the still sent it anyway. I am now struggling to return the jacket and get a refund. Questions I am asking are ignored and I just receive generic emails. Avoid!
