I have been ordering from Kokorosa for quite sometime. I have always found their dies to be of high quality and at a really reasonable price. My only complaint is the length of time of receiving them. I placed an order after the first of the year and it was taking much longer than usual. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours. My order was resent. I didn’t receive new shipping information. Once again I reached out to customer service and I received a response in less than 24 hours. I actually received my dies ahead of time. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I really love this company and will continue my relationship with Kokorosa for a long time.

Where is this company based please? I'm waiting on an order. Is it like Temu? Thank you.

Ordered 5th January not yet delivered. Delivery info show it not moved since 20th. Not much support from customer service. My first order, unless this is resolved soon definitely won't be using again.

I ordered 6 die cuts. First time ordering from them. Took weeks to get but didn’t get what I ordered. Received a die cut that I know I would never have ordered. Tried to contact, either they don’t answer phone or the other number doesn’t work. Got taken!!!!!!! Beware.

I ordered dies in December....the tracking has them in LA since Jan. 12th. Did I get ripped off?

Have never received my foldable die. Says it has been in Franklin Park Illinois since the tenth of January 2025. Seems it is just setting there. Highly disappointed.

I ordered three dies and thought I was going to love them. Not so, in fact have tossed them. These dies are thinner than any dies I've ever purchased in my 60 years of card making. Secondly, they don't cut through all the way on smaller areas which means each thing has to be cut out by hand which is time consuming and you had better be good at using scissors. I have a Big Shot and cutting dies has never been a problem. NO, I do not recommend this company.

I have purchased a great deal of die cuts and stamps from Kokorosa Studio. Have had nothing but wonderful success with each and every purchase. They have a wide variety of products, offer great sales and seldom are out of stock. I generally order once a month or so, every order has been correctly filled.

I wonder why Kokorosa stopped answering after 10/2023. I have no problem with product I have been buying for several years with no problems. Then I have a question no one will help. I know they get my email because they keep sending me an ad for a die they no longer carry. Phone numbers don't work and they don't return email. How do run a successful company like this?????? 0

I purchased a card cut out die and some rhinestones. I never received my product and the company is saying that they received tracking from the post office that I did receive my product and my credit card was charged. I went to the post office and the post office wants the tracking information that Kokorosastudio company received. Customer service stopped all communication as soon as I asked for this information, the phone number on the Facebook page doesn’t work. I called another number that’s listed in the web and no one answers it just rings. I’m highly disappointed. The order was under $20. ($18.99) however, I still lost out on money and did not receive the product. I am very disappointed that this company would not try to rectify the situation.

I agree with other users that there should be a picture of the finished product on it's packing. I have several dies (over 20) and many have pieces that I have no idea what to do with.
On a positive note, I've never bought from them directly. All my purchases are through inlovearts.com and their prices are ridiculously low, they send a free gift, and shipping is perfect.

I have mixed reviews, love the dies I have received but caution ordering too many as one package that I spent $89.00 plus tax never made it to me, packaging was poor and upon usps mail, found it was undeliverable and wound up in their lost mail center where they could not recover my package. I did all the required work to recover but no success. I suggest better quality packaging. Also as a suggestion, a good picture of a finished card as I cannot remember what each die piece is for. Pictures of suggested completed cards on the back of the packaging of the dies would really help. I have looked on different sites and cannot find the cards for certain dies. Thank you for your consideration of my suggestions.

I ordered 5 sets of dies plus some tweezers, but my order came and not one item was received out of the order. No apology and only one die is worth keeping!

My order was not moving according to their tracking. I emailed them since they did not answer the phone, A few days later they said "it takes up to 10 days" I told them it was lost as I have order from many many many companies including them to know. Sure enough it was lost. I tried to call, and email. They are so slow in responding. I asked for a refund, they said 'Okay' and I still have not seen it. I will NEVER use them again. I have purchased from them many times before, but I no longer will. There are too many companies that answer emails promptly and refund when a refund is due.

I have received several dies from this company and not all at low costs. Most of the dies are good quality but the last one I purchased was defective. The Metal Cutting Dies with foldable Cards Series C Cover did not cut the way that it should. I tried to reach someone at Kokorosa Studio by phone but they do not answer. I have emailed and submitted a question from their website but still no answer. I gave them my email address and my cell phone number. I just want to know if they can replace the die that I paid $17.99 for with one that will work.

Placed an order early February and I have yet to receive it. According to USPS, they never received it from the shipping partner. Kokorosastudio will not return my emails. I requested them to resend or issue me a refund. Nothing to date.

First time I ordered they sent it by mail which took two weeks. I liked product so I gave them another chance and ordered more. There was silence for twelve days until I reached out to them. The response was they had a festival and were sold out of some of the items. When I ordered it mine was in stock. Did they sell my items during their festival? I finally received my items 25 days after placing the order. I will not be purchasing from them again. I had made very large orders from temu at the same time and received them within a few days. I’ll stick with them.

I tried to use the foldable trapezoidal board die and it cuts out the whole center leaving a very thin strip that there is no die given to place in the center. Do not buy this very frustrating die.

The dies are durable and show no signs of wear and tear despite frequent use. They elevate my crafting projects. The shipping took a while, but I appreciate their unique designs.
