I have been going to Kool cakes for over 10 years and highly recommend it. Excellent cake and exceptional customer service. It is wonderful how the team are patient and helpful in designing the cake and taking the order details, much appreciated!

The cake was commented on by everyone at the party as beautiful and lovely tasting. The altered time pick up as well was handled smoothly from Shabnum at Heston aswell. Thank you for adding so much to a special occasion with your wonderful cake.

Order my daughters cake .from them and it was beautifully decorated and very tasty cake. Everyone loved it. Ordered fresh cream cake with fruits. There were plenty of fruits inside layers and on top. Served by Trusha and Shabnam, very friendly and experienced staff.

I placed an order with a lovely punjabi girl. she was very polite and helpful.she suggested me design of cake according to my budget because I want fresh cream rather than butter cream.My all guests liked that cake because it was very yummy with less sugar. actually my collection tym was 3 clock but i appreciate their fast service , cake was ready when i call her at 1 clock for collection. I didn’t face any problem .To be honest , i offered tip her for beautiful cake but she denied to took it. she said we don’t need any kind of tip, it’s our responsibility to give best service to our customer that thing was impressive.

Kool Cakes in Heston is a lovely little local cafe with friendly professional staff, in particular staff member Kamal always makes time to listen to her customers providing them with advice on ingredients used in their products and a welcome smile.
Excellent quality and price.

Best Bakery shop in town.
Stands for their quality, always fresh cream and less sugar which I love most in their cakes👌🏼
And kamal (she’s a front worker) always offers great service.

I have been ordering cakes from Kool Cake for past 30 years for every occasions. My son won’t eat cake from any other cake shop the only Kool Cake shop. The cake was so delicious. The service from by Shabnum and the other staff were amazing. My cake was done exactly the way I wanted. Very good and I truly appreciate their work in detail.

Completely stale cake. Sponge was hard dry and clearly old. The writing was a mess. Disgusting. Should’ve read the reviews before I bought from here. Never again. Absolute waste

Why would you even think this text piping was acceptable?

It was sloppy and nowhere near neat.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIT IT IN THE CAKE.

Absolutely rubbish cake, rubbish service and rubbish execution.
Twice in a row now they messed up a cake.

Send your staff to back to bakery school if you expect customers to pay for this.

If you can avoid this place in Kingsbury then avoid it.

There's a cake box 10 minutes either direction of this place, that actually know how to do their job.

We ordered a wedding reception cake for our event in August 2022 and received excellent service in terms of; the customised decor of flowers on the 3 tier cake, size, delivery and best of all the eggless cake was very delicious. A big thank you to Shabnam for the excellent online/ whatsapp service. Thank you Paul for the delicious tasty cake.

I placed an order with a lovely lady named Shabnum who was very polite and helpful. She was very collaborative making my design of the cake exactly how I wanted it . She then messaged me after with all the cake details to make sure that I didn’t face any difficulties on the day of the collection and there weren’t any mistakes on the cake . I would recommend , an amazing service!
