I ordered through the North Harrow branch after another bakery let me down. Despite the last-minute nature of the order, the staff were very accommodating and helpful, as well as suggesting what decoration would/would not work. The result was a fabulous 14" square icing cake which tasted as good—if not better!—than it looked. In fact, we had so many comments about how tasty it was—made a special occasion even more special. Great customer service, easy to order and lots of freedom to customise your cake. I also received a telephone call back to confirm requirements, and an advice about lettering on the cake - what will work and what will not. The cake itself was delicious , it was eaten immediately with no left overs!
