Amazing cake.
Amazing cake.. very neatly done and perfect for kids at the Nursery and teachers. They all enjoyed and sent me special note to say it was delicious treat.
You guys should start on delivery as it will give working family a flexibility and hassle free so more orders will flow your way. Thanks again.

My Cream Cake hunt...
I thought I couldn’t find a cream cake bakery better than one I was going to for years. I only tried Kool Cakes out because the bakery had great reviews and my old bakery closed down. Kool cakes are actually cool cakes. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Light cake but can’t feel the taste of eggs. Decoration is not well-finished.
Definitely prefers the cakes from France where I come from. Nothing to compare.

Hi! We are very sorry that you had this experience. We have subsequently spoken and explained that the staff only intended to explain about the writing on the cake. She did not mean to be rude, however if it did come across as rude then we apologise and we will take it up with the relevant staff as a staff training issue.

I asked for a cake to be made for my mums birthday. I gave them some photos of what I wanted and was absolutely delighted when I went to pick the cake up. Everyone liked the look and taste of the cake.
