I tried cancelling my order one minute…
I tried cancelling my order one minute after it was placed because when I was checking out there was a step to "confirm credit card details". I was not aware that the next step was going to place the order. I submitted to cancel the order and followed up the next day but was told it was too late.

Resposta da The Grapevine
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, your cancellation request was only seen after the parcel had already left our warehouse with the courier, meaning we were unable to stop the order in time.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the checkout confusion you described, and we're sorry for the experience this caused.
If there's anything we can do to help going forward, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Kind regards,
The Grapevine Support Team
The selection of wines is fabulous
The selection of wines is fabulous, and delivery is key because I am very far away in northeast Scotland, and the grocery stores here don't even carry Manishevitz.
