Always on time…
I’m not a first time buyer with The Grapevine.
Always it’s the care for the bottles as they each come tucked in air bags(much better than DIY bubble wraps). Second and most important is delivery my order within 24hrs all the time. It helps my planning a lot. Thanks and keep up the good work!!!

Brilliant Customer Service
Prommt, excellent customer service. I wanted the Dalmore Whisky glass but the picture didnt show the logo on the bottom ( I wanted to be sure it was the same as the one on the Dalmore site as it was a fraction of the cost). I got a quick response from Michelle, not only confirming, but she had also sent a photo. Unfortunately, the glass I received had a flaw in it. I was quickly issued a returns label and the replacement arrived in a couple of days. I will be shopping from here again.

Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, and the driver phoned me to check about alternative delivery options when we weren't in to receive our wine. We haven't drunk it yet, so can't comment on the wine itself.
