Sizing
Swimwear is pretty hit and miss when you have a larger bust but Kotomi has great sizing, cute styles and awesome service! Will definitely be ordering again ❤️

Hey Esmee!
I hope you have been well!
I just checked the tracking and it seems that your parcel is still on it's way to you and most likely held up at an Australia Post facility.
Unfortunately it has been a common occurrence as of late due to a hold up at the ports :(
With situations like this, how fast a parcel is delivered really lies outside of our control.
If there is no further movement in tracking within the next 7 business days feel free to reach out again and I can look into this further for you!
I am incredibly sorry for any inconvenience caused! 😫

Firstly, I want to say thank you to the customer service team for the process of my return. Despite the postage delays, they were fast and had really good communication. The intimates are absolutely stunning, elegant and are made of high quality. I will be purchasing again. Thank you x

Love love love
Love love love the swimwear. I have purchased 4 or 5 Jasmine Tops, a boob tube, and a Jasmine bottom and happy with all of them. The Jasmine top is so comfortable and supportive and the bottoms, despite being ‘cheeky’, are still comfortable too.
I am a size 10B and have bought XS and S tops with the XS being a bit tighter and the S looser. I like both fits hence both sizes. And I am a S in the bottom and fits perfect. Sizing is accurate.
It is a more of a pricey brand but once you purchase a piece you can appreciate why😍
If your not sure on purchasing, get a piece on sale, that’s what I did 🤷🏼♀️

My bikini was amazing
My bikini is amazing. The ribbing of the material and colours were beautiful and the overall quality is so good! I thought the bottoms would be too small but they were actually really flattering.
My only problem was that despite sizing up, the bikini top cup size was still quite small and causes some overhang. But other than that, couldn't fault them.

Hey Ciara!
Thank you so much for submitting a review!
We have taken your feedback on board and have increased the cup volume of the 'Rochelle bikini top' in an attempt to fix said overhang! 😘
Therefore future Rochelle bikini tops in new collections as well as restocks should cover more of the bust!
Your review means the world to us - hope to see you shopping with us in the future ♥️
Big hugs,
Livia xx
