Would give 0 if possible. Order 496, order was placed almost 10 days ago. Was not provided a tracking number. I have no clue if this product is on the way or not

Thanks for the updated information. You should have received a tracking update on the day of despatch so something seems to have gone wrong, we’ll come back to you with a reference and find out where your consignment is. Apologies for this aggravation.
Update 24/01 We continue to monitor this shipment. Unfortunately it has been caught in the disruption caused by the recent cyber attack on the Royal Mail. Deliveries are starting to ship this week from them.

Still waiting for order to be completed.
Ordered 2 items, one of which I received very quickly. The 2nd is on back order.
After receiving the 1st item, I had an email stating that my item has been shipped.
This was not the case, as I contacted customer services.
Still waiting.
