Great but could of been better
Great but could of been better, no replies from customer service, eventually it was sorted, never had a previous problem as 12 bracelets would suggest.
Hopefully a one of, still great products and will still buy more

Had to return an item purchased. Replied to my message really quickly and advised what I needed to do and my replacement turned up straight away. Great service and company to work with.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, avoid at all costs!
Claimed next day delivery, after three weeks and no reply from multiple emails to customer support , I contacted pay-pal to request a refund, and surprise surprise they sent the item out, still no contact from the supplier.
Reading other reviews it would appear that this is a common theme

Nice items
Only use the once and found their sizing to be a little bit off as item purchased was too big for my wrist. I could have sent it back, but the process seemed lengthy and confusing.
