I had a very positive experience with Krish Travels, especially with Rashmi Mishra, who helped me arrange my parents’ journey from Patna to London.

Since my parents were travelling to the UK for the first time, I had quite a few concerns about making sure their journey was smooth and stress-free. Rashmi understood this and provided extensive support throughout the booking process.
What impressed me most was that her support went beyond simply arranging the tickets. She went the extra mile by helping arranging the ticket with experienced traveller so that he may guide my parents during the journey if needed. This gave us a great deal of reassurance and peace of mind, knowing that they would have someone to assist them along the way.

Travel from bus was good and on time. 1st point the Needles was amazing but the 2nd point the Shaklin beach was not at all worth the visit but still overall on cost basis the 1st point covered was worth it.

Would NOT RECOMMEND if you are physically challenged person.
1st point for low score. We had a group booking and from the very beginning, the agency was made aware of need to travel with a mobility scooter. But the mind van they sent did not have space. And because of that I could not go which was leading to the whole group cancelling our trip. So the scooter was kept at the door which was causing hazard for everyone going in and out.
2nd point for low score..
Trip included food and tea
I was the last one to get off the Mini bus due to scooter in the way. There was no food tray left for me. We were 16 adults and 2 kids. But somehow food plates fell short. ( my friends shared their meal with me).
3rd point for low score...
Hot Tea which was in a big kettle was not secure from the top. It had no clips or twists on the top. The kettle fell and the whole tea was on the floor of the van. No one got Tea.
The only good thing was Paul (the driver) was excellent.
Hope this helps any future physically challenged person trying to book with them.
