Love this software. Give me peace of mind that my sensitive documents are protected!

Couldn’t download. Tried to contact for help. Nobody ever helped. Would like money back.

I had to figure out that I had to reboot both my desktop and cell phones to get Kruptos' autofill to work.
The clicks and pop ups to create a new autogenerated password are awkward. I've created 4 new autogenerated passwords and every time I've had to try 2 or 3 times to get it to work correctly.
I really like the password share feature and the delayed emergency access feature.
There needs to be a column to quickly see/check the types of access granted for all the shared passwords/sites and who has access (without having to click each password/site).

My old license key isn't working after I upgraded my computer. I've emailed them multiple times in the past month and get no response. Reading the comments above makes me see this is a pattern. I'm upset as I have a lot of files encrypted from their software and cannot decrypt them.

Some blips during the first creation of a vault, but working perfectly thereafter. Windows will, as usual, try to interfere with the installation (advising you to leave) : disregard and go on.

I have Used Kruptos 2 Software for a number of years and am very happy with the results. Thank you for adding additional security to my personal life.

The encryption function is simple to use and strong. However the “open file” command doesn’t work and the “notify me about iPhone” version returns a mail chimp error. So, good - but not great.

Seems to work, but working with files is not easy. Temporary copied need to be made then moved to the encrypted drive area, then temporary copies need to be deleted.

I love my Kruptos 2 Prof but when I asked for help multiple times I was ignored while trying to get a new Windows 10 computer up and running. After having my questions not answered I just went ahead and bought the 7. something version and all my problems were solved. Very frustrating not to be able to talk to anyone or even get my questions answered in an email.
That aside I still recommend the product.

Great product. Wouldn't store my files in the cloud without this protection.

Good software - well made.

Did not receive download link to Kruptos-2-Go with Registration Number. Repeated appeals for this link received NO reply. Finally picked through your website and found a link for the Temporary version. Will try this. BUT I recommend you treat your new customers with more respect.

Ended up with wrong version and have tried to get any kind of correspondence or feed back from the company, and I get nothing!

Lost serial. Got help in no time. Very good. Would like other enterprises would do the same!

I'm sorry. I cannot use my newly purchased Kruptos.
I installed a new computer and the existing version would not work.
After many attempts I purchased a new one and this version would not work either. I emailed the help line but got no response. What must i do to get something working?

I encrypted my files, but now cannot open them. I have sent many messages to Kruptos but I only had one reply and no further response after sending THE requested screen shots. WHAT A HORRID MESS. I have files that I absolutely need for my work. My password will open Kruptos, but then none of the files will open or decrypt. I need help but Kruptos is unresponsive and has been of no help. Kruptos 2 is worse than no encryption software!!!!

I use the program since the version 3, only i pay the new version to refrain again my satisfaction.
