Very Prompt
I contacted Kudos as we were looking to get a ring box personalised with our business logo, Jeanette was very informative and dealt with our request promptly. Whilst we did not end up proceeding with an order due to the chosen packaging style not being to our liking, we were very impressed by the speed at which our query was dealt with and would still consider using kudos in the future.

Hello KJ - Firstly, thanks for taking the time to review us on TP – we appreciate negative feedback as it makes us look like a real company! (Companies with 100% positive reviews we tend to doubt that they are run by real people!) But we don’t want to joke, as yes your order did take a jolly long time to come to you, and we’re sorry that delivery time was not clear to you when you first ordered. Added to the time it takes in production to make a physically printed product, carriers have extended the delivery time by at least 3 weeks. (Issues with carriers bringing goods to the UK has been a wide-spread issue and feels out of our control.) Please accept our apologies and we trust that we can serve you better next time.

Outstanding products but expensive postage
Service outstanding & products equally as outstanding. I am a returning customer purchasing Tencel ribbon, which is incredibly hard to find. The quality & price are fantastic. Not overly keen on the gold if I’m honest. Thought it looked more green than gold but I’m guessing it’s likely difficult to get certain shades spot on with eco ribbon. I took one star off only because the postal charge of £7 is incredibly expensive if you’re only purchasing small items. That’s the only complaint I have, although it would be a deal breaker if other manufacturers started offering this product with lower postal charges. I don’t understand how 2 rolls of ribbon shipped with Royal Mail costs £7

Lynette - Thanks for your review. Having looked into the postal charge of £7.95 it seems that the website charged you the higher carriage band. We believe this may have been something to do with repeating a previous order, but the carriage charge has not updated to what it should have been - it's stayed on the value of the higher order.
