This is a company I would recommend.
I ordered an ESP32 module from them, it promptly arrived, sadly I had an issue with it.
I contacted them and to my surprise they dealt with it immediately and refunded me.
However, the problem was not with the unit it was me I hadn't understood how to operate it properly.
I contacted them and explained the situation, they were very understanding and professional in every way. I would have no problem dealing with this company again and I highly recommend them.

My original review is below. I asked for a refund and the company did refund me in full. From emails I received they are very proud of their refund policy. I would prefer to receive items that work! I see from another review that someone else received two fault items of the same device, so may be a bad batch. I have updated my original review from 1 star to 3 as the return procedure is clearly a good one.
It's just a shame the company has asked me not to do business with them again because of my negative review I posted here.

Brought an ESP32 Devkit (38 pin) and no matter what combination of RST and Boot pushbutton you use, the device will not go into boot mode. Keep getting the following error from the Arduino IDE "A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Wrong boot mode detected (0x13)! The chip needs to be in download mode".
More information - when I connect a serial monitor to the device it keeps reporting "rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0x13 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOO" over and over again. Looks like this device is permanently in reset!

I am rating my personal experience. A few days ago i ordered this exact product "ESP32 Devkit Dual Core Wifi Bluetooth Board 38pin" and it did not work at all, ive asked on forums and used different cables and computers, but no luck. I asked for a replacement thinking it was just a bad board but no matter what i did it still didnt work. This morning i ordered an esp32 on amazon for 4 pounds more expensive and it just arrived 10 minutes ago and i have already gotten further with it than i have for 3 days with the one i bought from this store. Im not leaving a 1 star review since the customer support was super quick delivering my replacement and i also ordered another product from them that works like a charm. I am left to hope that this was just a one-off thing.

Although the item I bought was damaged they immediately offered me a replacement free of charge excellent communication very happy with the service would not hesitate to buy from them again
