Overall the team I interacted with throughout out the process was professional and very understanding that transacting online is tricky in a sense, buyer are as suspicious on the product as the seller is on being able to get payment for the product. But your team I interacted with again was very understanding of my concerns through out the process. So, I give them a plus. However, time management is required.
