Much like everyone else here, I placed an order (#516854) on 5/23, directly from their website. Item was listed as “in stock”. No updates since, numerous emails never returned, now we are a month out & still nothing. Filed a chargeback with my CC company. Complete clown show. “Small, family company”, yeah right. As others state “scammers”.

Kwik Hang has the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I paid $63 for support brackets, never got them, it’s been almost a month & no explanation, emailed numerous times, no answer. Just a rip off & scammers! Highly upset!
Scam? Zero Customer Support
I placed an order in October. It was supposedly shipped on 10/10/25, but it never arrived. In November, I attempted to contact Kwik-Hang several times, once through their online web form, then by emailing customer support. I even attempted to reach out to them via Facebook, but they would never respond to me (even though they are very much active on Facebook.) To be honest, I don’t think Kwik-Hang ever sent my order to the post office. I eventually ended up requesting a charge-back through my credit card company. I have ordered from Kwik-Hang in the past with no issues, but I’m wary to place another order with them due to this experience.
Buyer beware
Ordered the wrong product. Sent an email no response but followed the return process. Sent back to me with a note they were not eligible for return. $55 and the return postage down the drain. They never responded to my email and have no contact number. I’ve ordered before from this company with no issues. Never again. You can buy the same product through Walmart. I will add if they came in a box with their label. If those are not their product , then where are the ones that I did order?

DON'T DO IT....BEWARE!!!!
If I could review it without a star that's what I would have done. I placed an order on a Monday and immediately realized that these would not work for me. There's no phone number to call so I sent an email to cancel. I waited 2 days and heard nothing so I sent a follow up email. I then realized charges had been put through my bank so I contacted the bank and dispute the charge. STILL NO RESPONSE TO EITHER EMAIL. The next day I get an email with shipping info. I called the number I got from the bank and it was a mortgage company!!! So I sent yet a third email outlining the actions that I took and warned that I would take it farther. Low and behold 5 days later they sent an email not apologizing just simply your refund has been issued. I sure hope whichever shark invested in them is aware of their business practices.
I ordered and have 2 quick hang rods
I ordered and have 2 quick hang rods. One for my living room and one for my bedroom. I've hung quite heavy curtains on them and have had little bother. It's true the small pins can slip out and don't go in as easily as they should but oak is a hard wood and I dont think they're strong enough for hard woods. The pins do need checked and hammered in now and again I think. The pins could be improved. I like them as easier for me, a single older woman, to put up. It's a great idea just needs some refining. I've had mine for about 5 years.

Reached out to customer service SEVERAL times with a different issue and sadly no response. The thought is good but not well executed.
Terrible ordering experience
I think the fact that this place has a 1 star review and an F rating on the BBB says it all. Both are legitimate, verifiable sites. I placed a large order, tried multiple times to ask questions about the order and WHEN they replied they were terribly rude. I asked if they could please expedite the order because I was in a new home without any window coverings and I saw a review (on their site of course) before ordering that said the person got their items really quick. That person DID reply and said they had 3-5 days to get it out to me. I thought they’d still try to get it to me as quickly as they could, especially being a small company. We couldn’t wait that long with our windows wide open. I cancelled the order but they sent it anyway and said they didn’t get the cancellation email. Get a phone number and maybe customers can communicate with you properly. Oh that’s right….your phone would be ringing off the hook with angry people. You’d think someone who worked so hard to get a product out would want to prevent it from failing.
If you email customer service
If you email customer service - be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait. Never heard back from them. Product was great except one of the “teeth” bent when knocking it into the same piece of wooden frame as it’s counterpart. NO RESPONSE. Crickets.
Stay away!
Stay away!! They offload unwanted items like center pieces that no one buys. They are LOTS of cheaper ones - just do a simple google search. Stay away from these thieves. Not worth it. One star because it is the lowest here.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - I placed an order that never arrived due to an issue with the postal service. I contacted my postal service who said that they would be able to reimburse the value of the lost items if Kwik Hang simply initiated a claim. I have emailed Kwik Hang three times and submitted a complaint through BBB and have gotten no response. I've lost money because of the company's refusal to simply contact the postal service to ensure that I'll be refunded for the items I've paid for and never received.
Poor customer service
My feedback is the same.
I received a partial order. I was successful at mounting the 4 brackets for both windows. Once I went to hang the curtains on the rod, I realized I only had 1 rod for one window.
I have emailed them 3X and have receive no response.
I will be contacting my credit card company for credit.

they will not ship to Australia
Want to use their product really really want to.... but even though they advertise in Australia their website tells me they won't ship to Australia...... Kwik-Hang you just lost a bucket load of business!

Nails bent while trying to “tap” in. They immediately fell off of windows and now I’m stuck with 4 brackets and 2 rods I can’t use or return (they don’t take damaged items back) don’t waste your money.

The video shows a guy tap twice on the bracket to secure it to the window frame. Easy! My experience was nothing like that. Pounding hard, the tiny pins of the brackets would not penetrate the oak frame. I returned the brackets. I not only had to pay $5 for return shipping, but an additional $5 for the original shipping. Rip off! Stay away!

I have ordered three times from Kwik-Hang. The first two orders were very slow in arriving but they did arrive. This third order, placed on November 25, was shipped on December 1. I paid for two day delivery. Today is December 7 and it has still not arrived. Unfortunately, this order was for three sets of brackets so was a larger purchase, that I fear is lost, or was never shipped. I have emailed and have looked for a phone number to call (no number found). This is quite frustrating. I think it is better to put holes in your wall or moulding then deal with this horrible service.
Worst customer service ever
I ordered a rod that was supposed to go up to 86 inches. They sent the wrong rod, tried to gaslight me and tell me I didn't order the correct the rod, and then said I could return an $11 rod if I paid the cost of shipping it back ($7-10 to ship with confirmation). Umm, sorry, no thanks. The $1 isn't worth all that hassle.
Horrible customer service. They have no telephone number and their email customer service takes days to get a response. Don't use them. Ever. The worst.
