Really abysmal

Really abysmal.

Ordered two brackets and a curtain pole for just over $40. Paid $70 for delivery in 3-5 working days. Was not informed that had to pay customs charges so paid an additional £22 ($28). If there are additional charges these should be clearly stated on the website or don't deliver outside the USA!

Also, when i contacted them they told me to contact the postal service in the UK. All it said on the website was "September 2, 2020 at 5:25 Held at Delivery Depot/Delivery Office, UNITED KINGDOM" I asked them who to contact (or am i supposed to call every post office in the UK??) and they never bothered to reply. Eventually figured out is was parcel force and thats when i was told about the charge.

So paid $138 for a curtain pole and hooks....

Customer service doesn't exist

I am returning an order and nobody is attending to my concern. My order is missing 2 set of their double brackets. I cannot return almost $150 worth of brackets I ordered that I don't need right now because of the pandemic.

Buyer beware!

I'm very suspicious of this company. I placed an order and two of the brackets, Center brackets, do not work on my molding. I don't have weird molding, so I'm not sure what's up with their design but they don't work. I wrote to the company, I also placed a review, and I have heard nothing back from them. I then went online to see what other people said about the company – and interestingly the majority of bad reviews had to do with either no reply from Kwik Hang (which I completely believe!), or No Return of money when a customer returned a product. Wish I had seen those before I purchased from them. It's just a little weird that it's been days since I sent emails to them, and I have heard nothing. What's up with that? Not even an auto reply? Nothing. I'm not going to return the brackets given the other reviews where people say they don't ever get their money back, because I have to also pay return shipping! I would not recommend buying from them. I was excited about the product but there is a serious problem with customer service. Also, in every single one of the reviews where people had a problem, the company never once apologized. They just defend themselves and blame the customer! That is no way to run a business.
Under the least they can do is promptly reply to a customer who's having an issue with a product! They're not inexpensive – I expected far better from them. Very disappointed.

I placed two orders and never received…

I placed two orders and never received either. I understand delays due to covid-19 however after week of no responses to my emails or Facebook messages I ended up commenting publicly on one of their posts. They ended up cancelling my order after a month of waiting. They blocked me on Facebook from commenting or messaging them. This company is a huge scam!!! Good try with your crappy response. The only email I received was your automatic response to my multiple emails sent and the email saying that you cancelled my order as per my request. If you haven’t placed an order from this company yet, don’t!!!

Looking over the order history; order number 163238 was placed on 5/23, shipped on 5/29 within our listed processing time frame and delivered on 6/1 per the tracking information provided to the customer upon shipment of the order.

Secondary order, order number 166808, was placed on 6/7 for curtain rods. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the curtain rod facility shut down and were unable to produce any rods. An email was sent to the customer providing information on the delay with the rods and facility shut down. Oftentimes as these are mass generated emails, servers can mark the update emails as spam. As we could not fulfill the order, the order was cancelled and the customer was refunded.

Awful experience

Poor customer service, ignorant staff. They held back my already paid for package without my permission. I noticed after several weeks my package hadn't shipped so I emailed and asked why. They said they thought I was going to order more. I never once said I was going to order more and I did not ask them to hold my package especially since it was already paid for. This confused me as to why would they not ship what was already paid for. After having to argue with them back and forth they finally did their job and shipped the items I bought weeks prior. I won't be ordering from them again and they can forget about any recommendations.

EDIT: I did not open a new order, I merely asked a question and they assumed I was ordering more without actually asking me first.

We received an email on October 22nd asking to add an additional item to the order. We responded with the following message; Unfortunately, we cannot make adjustments to an order one the order is placed and payment is made. The easiest way to handle an order change will be to cancel the current order and have you reorder the correct items. Please let us know to either cancel the order or to leave the order as is so your order does not become delayed. Failure to respond will result in delayed fulfillment of an order, so please get back to us as quickly as possible!

Unfortunately we did not receive any communication back in regards with how to proceed with the order. The customer then reached out in regards to why the order had not shipped and we provided the above information again. Screenshots were also provided with proof of email delivery to the customer asking how to proceed with the order. We then asked again with how to proceed with the order as we needed confirmation from the customer. Once the customer let us know how to proceed, the order was then shipped and delivered to the customers provided address for the order.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They say that they will email you back within 24 hrs, but I send them 3 separate emails and all I got was auto reply. Also I made an order 1 week ago and still do not the status of it at all. Stay away from them!!! For expensive brackets they need to have better service!

As there is not any information in regards to a real customer name or order information, we unfortunately cannot substantiate this claim made.

Orders have a processing time of 5 to 7 business days plus the method of shipping. This message is posted in the cart prior to checking out so customers are aware that there is a processing time.

Per auto response which lists hours of operations; A customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly. We usually respond to emails within a 24 hour time frame. Please note; weekends and holiday's may take longer.
Our customer service hours are;
Monday through Friday.
8 A.M. EST to 6 P.M. EST

This company has bad customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company has bad customer service. I returned my order 3 days after I received it because they didn’t work on the type of window edging I have. Their return policy states returns can be made within 30 days. I returned it at my expense and my tracking shows it was received by them but I haven’t received a refund and I have sent them two emails asking about this and have not gotten a response.

Per return policy; Returns and refunds will not be granted for:
Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items that are not packaged properly.
Returns that do not have a proof of purchase included. We cannot guarantee that your return will be processed if there is not a proof of purchase.
Orders that have passed the 30-day delivery window.
Items lost, damaged or stolen while in possession of the delivery service.
Shipping costs from when the order was placed.
Sale items: All sale items are final sale.
