Overall a good experience, definitely get a second chance.
Website easy to use, TrustPilot score highly reassuring, had the two wines that I was searching for at competitive prices. Delivered exactly as described ie within a couple of days.
One star knocked off because I ordered 6 bottles of each and only received 5 bottles of one of the wines. But to be fair I was only charged for 5.
Subsequently a quick play with their website suggested they only sent me 5 because that was all they had in stock, which is fair enough but they should have let know.
Still, I am clearly going to use these guys again.

Great Service
Initial approach indicated requested particular stock was currently unavailable. Was then informed when my choice of wine was then in stock. My order was then delivered within a few days. It was very safely and secured. I had a very friendly discussion with the delivery man including where product could be placed at back if we were out.

DON’T BUY!!!!!!
I asked for the shipping to be hold till more items were back in stock, which was in a few days time… a member of staff clearly mentioned in an email thread that they would hold the shipping! Unfortunately, the shipping was sent and was then I was told the next shipping will be waved and I would only have to pay for items. When I contacted KWM wines, they said that they could not wave the shipping even tho they said they would hold the shipping first time around. Then, nor did they wave the shipping which they promised. If I could give it zero stars I would. Customer service is pathetic. Would highly recommend ordering else where. I would NEVER place another order, and they delete all bad reviews from trustpilot, so angry I’m leaving a review anyway.

Sorry to see your negative review,
A few points of clarity:
1. We cannot delete negative reviews on Trustpilot. It's not possible to delete them even if we wanted to (as yours won't be), so that is untrue to begin with.
2. You placed an order for a beer, for the full amount we had available at the time and it was explained that there was no definite ETA on more becoming available. This was explained and also that it wouldn't matter how many bottles you bought, the item did not qualify for free shipping, so rather than keep you waiting for your order until more stock was available (if it was available), we shipped it at the time with the proviso that if and when more became available you could place a new order then. At no point was free shipping offered on a second order - in fact, it was mentioned that adding more stock to your order would incur an additional delivery charge.
3. The customer service provided was exactly what we would expect, timely, clear and concise. Unfortunately, you seem to have misunderstood the content of the conversation.
Sorry to see you are unhappy with your experience, but there was nothing more we could do in this case I'm afraid.

You informed me when my desired vintage became available soon enough for me to order before it sold out. You also clearly explained what I should expect as my international shipment completes each step of the shipment process. Great repeat of past orders.
