Fast delivery beautifully packaged. Wine was enjoyed!

The experience was as good as you could make it - champagne was delivered, swiftly and efficiently, to the right address. Well done!

Ordered magnum of champagne 🍾 online and dpd delivered it on time in perfect condition. The wrapping and protective packaging was brilliant, no chance of being broken. Would highly recommend

So easy to choose the right product, from a wide range! But the absolute best thing about Champagne Direct is the customer service. I foolishly chose the wrong address to send my gift to. I sent an email to customer service expecting that I'd just have to forfeit the money and let someone enjoy a bottle of bubbles on me! Not a bit of it. I received an email almost by return saying it was no problem and the address had been updated.

On the day of delivery, because the address is in the middle of nowhere, the delivery could not be made. Once again I emailed customer service, and once again they gave five star service updating the delivery details with what three words and added instructions.

Bravo Champagne Direct, your business model and customer service really works.

A good price, postage costs were clear, quick next day delivery and availability was great. Yes I would shop here again.

Excellent prompt and reliable service - thank you.

Easy to order, prompt delivery

Extremely reasonable prices, for a wide range of very nice champagnes, in beautiful bottles and presentation boxes. What more can you ask for?
There's also quite a lot of information on the wines, to make it easier to choose.

I bought a bottle as an engagement gift, and got many Brownie points. I'll be ordering from here again.

Delivery was cheap and very fast.

Ordered couple of cases of champagne as a birthday present to be delivered to a hotel. Delivered within stated timescales - well packaged.
Easy ordering process and confirmations. Although initially nervous about ordering from a new site, all went well. Much appreciated.

Website was very easy to use and delivery was very quick. 100% happy from start to finish

All round good service

Good communication and delivery arrived as promised

A beautifully presented Salamanzaar in a wooden box. Delivered at the time agreed.

This was my first time using champagne direct and it was great. Easy to use website and prompt next day delivery of my order. I’ll definitely be using them again.

No fuss, just delivered what I wanted

Quick service and delivery

Super range, Super simple to order and super quick. Carefully packaged as well. DPD also allowed me to change delivery date, again one click and done. Thank you for great service, special for us as we had this champagne at our wedding last year, so now an annual treat!

Bought as a present. Choice was great. Delivery was as stated.

Excellent service from start to finish.
