horrible online customer service
horrible online customer service. It says free shipping on order over £150. My order was £155 before aplying the shipping and £179 with shipping. I waited 30 min on the chat,despeite I was the only one in the queue. The advisor sent a template saying that my order shoul be below the 150 and closed the chat marking is as completed. So disapointed with the service. I was will to spend money there, but not worthy.

I was the staff member on the live chat with you. Granted, it took longer than normal to respond. Unsurprisingly, we are exceptionally busy at the moment with a myriad of tasks, and live chats can get missed among the cut and thrust of everything that's going on. A good old-fashioned phone call (we do answer - not a machine) is guaranteed a quick answer. Apologies about that, we should really have shut the live chat function down to avoid such scenarios.
When I responded to your chat, I waited approximately 10 minutes to no response, so closed the chat down in the belief you had gone already and weren't waiting (who could blame you!). A quicker response back from you would have avoided this.
In response to your actual query regarding the shipping charges, as detailed on our shipping page the first case goes free on orders over £150 for orders which are heavy and require multiple shipments. i.e if a product is £60 (A case of West Coast Cooler bottles for example) and takes up 1 shipment, 3 cases would break free shipping, but only the first case ships free, the others must be paid for (otherwise it's free shipping at £50 on heavy and fragile goods which require a lot of packaging to ensure safe transit and unaffordable)
Sorry you feel we are not worthy of your money, but fair enough that's entirely your choice and we accept that. I hope you can find another retailer who can live up to your expectations going forward.

Exactly correct wine but plastic tape
Exactly correct wine.
Delivery prompt and communicated well.
Would have been 5 star if not for the HUGE amount of plastic tape all over the cardboard. Sustainable packaging - cardboard and recycled inflated wine containers. But plastic tape. Paper tape means it can go into recycling without 20 mins tussle to remove horrible rape.

Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery, came by Royal Mail, bottle was packaged really good.
Communication was awesome as well.
They let me know when it was sent out and an estimated day of delivery.

Ordered the sweet nectar of nitro surge Guinness as you can't get it in Australia (for some reason). It's a bit pricey but I know it's good straight from the source and not brewed by horrible XXXX. They say Guinness doesn't travel well but time will tell on Christmas day
