Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. I love their stuffs but obviously not worth the service. Ordered vintage dinner table it took over 4 weeks till it arrived after payment was made. After purchasing no one contact you or let you know anything about the delivery date at all. However after few weeks of purchased I chased them by sent email asked where’s my item, I though it delay delivery but few days later they responded awaiting for carriers company to pick up an item! So the orders hasn’t been delivered yet after few weeks of payment! This is below standard of services. They should at least let customers know how long it take to delivery. But they wasn’t contact customer at all. I don’t mind to wait but waiting without knowing what they are doing is very disappointed. As an interior designer sometime customers want vintage item. Imagine decorating customers house with their products this could cause hassles. I planned to buy many things from here but after see how first purchased I changed my mind. Good luck all who wants to shop here. 0 star from me if it choices.
