I recently purchased a mirror for approximately £296, which included a £10 delivery fee. When the mirror arrived, I was extremely disappointed with both its design and overall quality; it did not meet my expectations at all. As a result, I decided to initiate a return and request a refund on the same day the mirror was delivered.

After reaching out to the company, I received a response indicating that there would be a collection charge of £115, which would be deducted from the total sales amount following the pickup of the mirror. This seemed quite steep to me, especially considering my dissatisfaction with the product.

Additionally, I found their customer service to be particularly frustrating. They canceled the collection appointment, claiming that I had not confirmed the pickup. However, I had sent a confirmation email two days in advance, assuring them that someone would be home to facilitate the collection. To make matters worse, the company does not provide a phone number for direct communication, which I find quite concerning. The lack of accessibility and support only adds to my overall dissatisfaction with this experience.

I placed an order and never heard back from them. They sent an order confirmation and nothing else. It’s been 2 weeks

Placing an order was very straight forward. The very well packaged mirror arrived early, tracking it was so easy and informative I knew where the driver was al day until he arrived. Love the mirror!

The hooks were at the bottom side upside down. I had to pay a lot in shipping just for me to receive it and hooks were wrong. Then I couldn’t get a response on getting the shipping charge refunded.

Great quality item at a great price.

I am from france. I decided to buy a product.
On the web site, it’s write : free shipping. In fact it’s free shipping for UK but not for france. Shipping and taxes are too expensive to import products from UK. And it’s not clear on the website. The product costs 144£ (174€). Shipping represents 50£ (60€)
Value Added Tax represents about 28£ (33€)

Total product : 144£ (174€)
Taxes and shipping : 78£ (93€)

Boho Zebra Head Item arrived badly damaged Did not want a replacement. After several e mails &sent photos I received a full refund . I would use this company again because of the good customer service

Had to cancel my order as I didn't appreciate how long the lead time actually was. Contacted customer services who responded quickly and organised a refund promptly. No issues at all and would order again in the future

APPALLING SERVICE! Would not recommend!!

We purchased a stool mid November 2023 - under 2 months ago for £438. A few days ago we noticed the stool started to wobble and on further inspection saw the wooden legs on one side had split leading to the wood on the underside of the stool splintering and chipping and breaking away from its joint.

We genuinely thought as it appeared to be a manufacturing fault coming to light in such a short space of time that the company would refund or replace the item. The stool has been used for display purposes in our entrance hallway and is very rarely used.

I have been back and forth with Catherine from their customer service department being accused of using undue force and causing the damage - on the underside of the stool - which makes no logical sense!!!

I have been appalled with the complete disregard of the money spent, the quality of the product and the customer service.

I have now requested their formal complaints policy as they appear to be trying to wash their hands of the issue - keeping my money and telling me nothing can be done.

Avoid this company at all costs as they will take your money, leave you with faulty products and terrible customer service leaving the issue unresolved.

There is also no phone number to speak to somebody directly which raises alarm bells immediately!!

This is first time buying from electic niche though I had to wait for what I order because it was out of stock they did inform me as soon as they received it I would get my item right away well it came today and it didn’t disappoint absolutely beautiful would definitely recommend this shop

Product arrived in good timing and looks very nice in the designated area but there was an unpleasant odour on the fabric so we have to properly clean it as it doesn’t seem to go away. Overall, customer service was good.

I placed an order. They cancelled it, told me items were out of stock and refunded the money,. I guess no complaints but shouldn't be listing out of stock items.

Truly awful. Ordered two side tables. Happily took my money. Then tell me the only have one after a week. Offer a refund. Another week goes, no communication. After making contact myself asking where my one table is they reply saying they won’t be sending. Waste of time.

Quick delivery, nice quality for a good price!

Placed order for 2 items a week later I was emailed to say 1 was no longer available? So I cancelled all the order & requested full refund for items plus postage.
Was informed I have to wait for refund so not at all impressed
