This website is legit, purchased more than once and the wig quality is great.I’ve always wanted a wig with 360 free parting and LabHair is the only website I’m aware of that has it! I had a problem with one of my orders( my own misunderstanding) and it was fixed with absolutely no problem. I’ve had issues with customer service before with other companies but LabHairs customer service is on point. Sarah will email or text you in a timely matter and will fix the issue. Shipping is extremely fast, you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend LabHair and will definitely purchase again.

On September 2, 2023, I sent Sarah an email to inquire about the status of my order. She promptly responded and explained to me the process by which the wig that I ordered would be manufactured. I was extremely impressed with her explanation. Upon my wig’s completion, it was delivered to my home within a few days. My wig is beautiful and I love the feel of its texture. It is of a very high quality of human hair.

I love the texture and look of the wigs I got. You get personalized attention throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to wear my wigs.

I purchased a wig from labhair and they never send me the tracking number and when I reach out to them they finally send the tracking number and the wig was deliver which I never got…They told me they will send me another wig and I told Sarah when u send the package make sure and send me the tracking number…Sarah send the the tracking number Thursday night 10pm when I got up Friday morning l saw the email…When I track my package it said my package was deliver at 3:36pm to my address when I live in a building and I had no time to track the package to make sure I got it….So now I’m out of $135 for a wig that I never received…I had to file a claim with my bank….Labhair are frauds and very unprofessional
