I love all of my wigs from labhairs! They have the thinnest lace and my wigs are always thick . Their customization option is amazing I have sent them numerous pictures of how I want my wig colored and every time the wig looks exactly like the picture ! I highly Recommend labhairs and you should just go for it because you won’t regret your purchase !

I ordered a wig from Labhairs; after checking the wig out, it was just not going to work for me. I emailed their customer service just like it advises on their website to return it, this was on March 28th. Customer service was quick to respond, communication was great until it wasn't. I emailed them April 30th to check the status of my refund since I had received confirmation from USPS that the wig had been delivered to them on April 20th. I received a reply from them that same day indicating that they were on "holiday" and "will check with our Ca warehouse
colleague once
confirmed will refund you asap". I have sent two follow-up emails (May 5th & 9th) but have not heard anything back from them. Hopefully if/when you buy a wig from them, you love it, because returning it to them is a pain. As of today, there has been no further communication and no refund.

LabHairs is the best by far vendor to buy Hd lace front wigs. The lace is so realistic looking, and I am proud to wear my wigs and gets many compliments, and even as far as to telling one lady that it was a wig and not my hair. ❤️ I’ve bought five wigs from LabHairs and will continue to keep buying lab hair wigs.!.

I have purchased a few 360 Wig Units from Lab Hair over the years. But last year I acquired my own personal sales rep Sarah and she keeps me right right 😍💇🏽‍♀️. When I place my orders. She makes sure I get the exact item ordered. And She’ll personally Text me to make sure I received the Wig Unit and make sure I am satisfied with it. That makes me feel really good. So the moral of my story is. Order, Order, Order from Lab Hair. You won’t be Disappointed.

Received my order in no time. Products was packages so cute and the quality was exceptional. Customer service was excellent. PleasWould definitely recommend.

I got my unit yesterday, i love it!! it came quickly. No Smell, super soft, i installed it myself, no skill needed, totally beginner friendly! i bought lots of wigs from this store, they never disappointed me! I will buy it again and share it with my friends.

Wig hair shed as I took it out the package when I received. The cap was too large. The color was horrible. I order two wigs and they both was very, very, bad. Do not buy from this site. They have not responded to my emails.

The wig I received was trash and very,very thin I tried to curl it and flat iron it, nothing worked at all they have the most horrible wigs I have ever purchased in my life I would not ever recommend this company to no one. Trash trash trash buyer beware

I bought 2 wigs from Labhair and both were trash. The front closure was very nice but the wefts in the back were terrible. They tangled and booked up after one wash. I had to shave all the wafted hair on both wigs and add wefts from another company in order to salvage these wigs.
Customer service was horrible.

Don’t believe the hype!! Labhairs wigs look nothing like the pictures on their website. I purchased a wig that was supposed to be a 20inch 13x6 HD lace front wig 250% density with CLEAN bleached knots. I received a dirty cigarette smelling wig without bleached knots. The hair was not 250% density and it had weird layers with reddish hairs. The lace was a very light brown. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY the nerve of them to send me this after paying $400!! When I contacted them they told me their wigs come lightly bleached if I want clean bleach they can customize it. Are you serious?? I already paid for it to come with clean bleached knots!! Smh.

I love labhairs hair , the hair is so soft and natural . The hairline looks so nice and pre plucked . I’ll definitely order from them again .
