It's hard to know how much of my…
It's hard to know how much of my experience was LA brewery itself vs DPD courier, but it took longer than I'd expected to have my purchase dispatched. From there I was given a date that did not work for me, so I used the option to change the delivery date to the next day. Despite receiving a confirmation that my request would be processed, they then attempted to deliver on the day I said I wasn't there, then left my delivery at a pickup location.

This is a delivery issue with dpd
This is a delivery issue with dpd. I missed 1st attempt on Wednesday which is fine. My fault but told in message from dpd that delivery was next day on Thursday. Stayed in, message early from dpd that day to say won’t be delivered that day and would be the following day Friday between 12.50 and 1.50 it would. Stayed in, message from dpd to say it’s delayed and would be with me later. Message then at 8pm to say sorry we missed you. This is not true, they didn’t come and the delivery status on their web page for my parcel showed it had not left the depot in Bicester for 2 days. Now it has been returned to you so not sure what happens next. This is meant to be my 1st if a monthly order, so not the best start!
