Don't waste your time and money. Order placed and paid for but never sent..... Email domain not registered and number for customer service don't work....
I have reported to the NCSC as a Scam/Fraudulent....

DO NOT BUY HERE!

Placed an order over 20 days ago never arrived! I’m fighting for my money back!
All they do is send a generic email saying it is in transit!

Should of read these reviews before i ordered, lesson learned, ridiculous, bad customer service, take your monies straight away and not hopeful i will get the goods, £20.99 for my grandson a little keyring, what he wanted, his birthday has gone with still no delivery.....would really leave this company alone

Dont waste your time and money. Item never sent every time I email to chase just get a generic email sent back presume I wont ever receive the product or get my money back.

The store itself was very nicely stocked and organized and the only thing that we found to be a problem were the staff as they were quite rude and the first person we met at the counter did not enter points into our membership card after we had not a lot of choices but to buy one more blind box as they promised us we would get a 5 pound discount.But after they said again that they didn't say that and that we had to make one more purchase and when we said that this was very unpolite and unprofessional they said they couldn't do anything and that it was either we can't get the voucher or we make another purchase.In the end we ended up spending a lot more money then originally planned as they kept on telling us we would get a voucher on the next purchase and they repeated saying that even after we made 5 purchases.I definitely give -5 out of 5.

I’d give them 0 if possible. Ordered a labubu for £36 and it’s FAKE. Took two weeks to arrive, tracking unavailable and website disappeared after I placed the order. Total fake and a waste of money. Bank won’t refund me without proof from professional that it is fake which I don’t know how to prove.

Do not buy from this company, my order has never turned up even though they sent me a tracking number, fake promises when questioned. Total scam and fake company. It’s now being dealt with via my bank for a refund

Do not buy from this company. Waited several weeks for labubu to arrive for which I paid £38! Emailed them numerous times and not once have they replied. It is 100% FAKE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THEM! Total waste of money and upset to my daughter.

Ordered Labubus from this site in August 2025 which arrived. I order again on the 8th September 2025 which did not arrived. Their Facebook page looks like it has had all the posts removed bar one picture. Their website lists no items for sale. Absolutely disgraceful.

The Labubu I ordered arrived late, it was counterfeit when it did finally arrive. They are a nightmare to contact, took days to reply. They promised me return labels which I did get but were fake. I was also promised my money back but this has never happened & now Bruno ‘Peres’ the main contact isn’t replying to my emails.
It’s been an awful experience & annoyed I let myself be conned by this clearly fake website. Bruno ‘Peres’ you are a thieving liar.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! The items are fake and are of poor quality. After receiving email correspondence from them agreeing to issue a full refund, I returned the fake items as requested but have heard nothing since! They have ignored all my emails or contact via their website form and have still not refunded me. I have now sent a formal complaint giving them 2 working days to provide the agreed refund before being reported to Trading Standards for investigation.

I ordered a labubu June 26th and did not receive the order, when trying to contact the company the email does not exist a the contact info on the web page is missing. This is fraud.

Item arrived relatively quickly considering the destination. Was well packaged and item as described. Response time for customer service was same day so no complaints there either.
