I’m not one to write a bad review. I see myself as someone who’s fair. This company doesn’t deserve to be trading. Declined a return and ignored my emails. I only wish I came on here and read the reviews before spending £75 with them.. their loss at the end of the day though because I would have spent a lot more in future. So hopefully people will read this and order from a different company and give them the money instead of these robbing gets.

Absolutely disgusting this company I would advise no one to order. I paid 59 pounds for a labubu all my 5 year old daughter asked for off Santa, on boxing the the foot fell off I emailed them asking for a replacement to be told I had 14 days from when it was delivered in November. Iv explained the present wasn’t opened till 25th of December. Sent me a picture of a labubu while packing saying it was mine like it’s got my name on it, !!!!! Avoid avoid avoid Disgusting company leaving a five-year-old heartbroken

DO NOT PURCHASE Labubu’s from this company. Not only are they fake but the fakes are damaged! Very disappointing. Their website is very misleading and they do not accept refunds despite the doll being damaged.

Please don't shop at mommiesnbabies.com as they're selling FAKE Labubus! I bought a box of six that was nearly £80 with the postage.
I was very upset when the three children I bought them for [two each] immediately knew they were fakes when they opened them on Christmas morning. This was such a disaster and they were so disappointed and upset.
I repeatedly emailed the website after Christmas and it took about 10 emails before they responded that lower down on their site it says "unofficial". I did not see that as I was shopping from my mobile and as I said to them, they should not have been calling them Labubus in that case. Fake ones are called Lafufus.
There was such a rush before Christmas to get hold of them that I'm sure many people have thought these in good faith only to be very disappointed. I'm reporting them to Trading Standards because these fake Labubus have little plastic pieces that fall out of the feet and are a real hazard to young children. So not only are they selling fakes but they are selling dangerous fakes. Stay away from this website.

Toy purchased and hand fell off straight away not even played with. The companies response was it was fine when it left the warehouse.

Avoid at all cost. They break the law and do not accept legal customer right for return within 14 days. I have raised a dispute with PayPal now and awaiting resolution. The customer service is shocking, no responsibility for anything. Not what I would recommend to anyone, save yourself a hassle.

ordered then read tge reviews. was paniking as the reviews wernt the best. but honestly cant fault the company. ordered yesterday arrived today. Ordered tge large labubu as pictured. highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. My parcel was received but I wasn't in so the post person left it at the bottom of my path by my bin. My front garden is all open so when I got home the parcel had gone! Emailed this company to tell them and they basically said it's my own fault because I wasn't home! I've used these before and always been fine but I won't be using them again. Out of pocket and no items absolutely disgusting

Never received my item due to Evri not putting it in a safe place then when i let the company know i was asked to sign an online document so they could claim Evri i told them i could not do this online and they said they would send out a letter for me to sign over a week later still no letter or any refund quite abrupt messaging back from them as if you are stupid DO NOT BUY from mommies & babies as i don’t think they care if you receive your orders or not
