What an awful return policy that you offer for sending damaged/used items as new to your customers. It is absolutely shameful and the most disgraceful way to do business. It is you who should bear the expense of sending another “new” and "unused sweater" and not me. I have already paid for that and that was my expectation when I purchased it.
I expect either a full refund- or a new sweater at your expense. Please provide me with the contact information for the company president.

The clothing is not it all up to par. I was busy for couple weeks after recieving the order and thought would return it, however there return policy of 14 day threw me off. I have seen no clothing store in US less than 30 day policy. I asked for store credit possible even that was denied. DO not order from this place as clothing is sub par and return process isn't great either.

Appalling - I only wish I'd found these reviews first! Not cashmere, and certainly not European. Cheap fakes from China with the labels cut out to try and hide it, in direct violation of FTC laws. Selling mislabeled counterfeit goods is federal consumer fraud, and I'm now pursuing a refund, but will chargeback if that's not forthcoming.

I ordered from Lacceti in early August 2026. Received my items mid October 2026. Late. But the order was accurate. Nice clothing....super great wool fabric. Excellent cotton jeans...
I noticed my items ran small...very, very small...I had to hire a tailor to alter the jeans. I felt it's worth it though, because the jean fabric is really amazing. Yes, I would order again from this company.

Please learn from my experience. No matter how tempting their photos look it's not worth it. It took 3 weeks to arrive. When I finally received my tracking information I realized why it took so long it's from China. They advertise as UK style but the quality is more so high fashion. One of the tops arrived with a rip in the middle near the cleavage. It is also made out of that cheap mesh material and the sizing is way off. Some items arrived without issues and decent quality. However the fact that they don't do free returns makes me feel like I am stuck with a awful top since shipping would be crazy expensive to send back.

SCAM, FRAUD! do not buy!! they sent me very cheap looking clothes i asked to send back and refund they told me how id be up for expensive shipping rates back to TURKIYE? while i receiced it feom a US address i still sent it back and they promised a refund when they receive it and kept me engaged responding with updates on the receipt, until a month went by and stopped responding and did not refund!!! ABSOLUTE FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FRAUD

Terrible. I ordered over 2 months ago and have not received the item, although it says it was delivered 2 days ago. The email address for support is inactive. Do not purchase anything from them

Complete scam! I wish I knew beforehand. The item shipped from
China and arrived with the tag cut off, horrible quality, not as pictured and they have a terrible return policy. Never again! So disappointed!

This is not a legit site. It is a complete scam. Do not under any circumstances purchase any items from this site. Fabrics/products listed as linen, cotton, cashmere are all bogus, and production of items is shoddy.

Ordered pants for my mom, they did not arrive in 14 days when I had to leave on a trip. When I got back weeks later, I discovered the pants size is off by a LOT. Ordered large size & pants are labeled L but they are so small they don't even fit medium size medium person. Ridiculous size. Refund window expired and they make no exceptions. No wonder they have 1.3 Trustpilot rating.

Shockingly bad service! Beware! Shoes arrived late and they were also not the standard size but at least 2 sizes smaller. They did not even fit my daughter. Customer service refused to help as I apparently missed their 14 day return policy by a couple of days due to a work trip. No surprise that there are no penalties for them in either delivering their item late or of an inferior quality.

Scam online store. From china. Sent me cheap sandals that look nothing like what was displayed on their website. Fake leather. Color is off. Buckle isn't the same. Too narrow.

I bought a $50 dress that looked like a $3 SHEIN dupe of the photo that was listed: horrible quality. When I asked for a refund (they claim you can get a full refund within 14 days!) they asked me to pay for international shipping from US to Turkey to get a refund. Do not waste your money.

TOTAL SCAM

-The shoes that sent are plastic (advertised as leather)
-The buckles are plastic
-and it's a FAKE buckle so the shoe wouldn't even work

Horrible crazy company. Sent green socks when I ordered blue. It acknowledged then claimed don't make them in green. Apparently they don'tknow the difference between blue and green in Turkey. Then said send back to TURKEY at a phenomenal cost. Then offered me 15% refund or 30% credit. Stupid. Email after email. Nothing but lame excuses. Never use this scamming company. Filed a dispute.

The same scam they keep doing... Sending the wrong size... Misrepresent clothing items as something else... Offering only a 50% refund and having their Chinese made clothing returns to Australia address if you do at a astronomical price.... Same person named Astrid behind it all.... You will be sorry you dealt with this company for sure... I'm not the only one that has complained about this apparently

Huge disappointment, I think they are scammers. They sent me the wrong size, too small size boots, it said 41 (11 US) but It was not a true size. Costumer service offered a full return only if I covered the ship back to Turkey and pay for it, warning me that i could be very expensive. I feel they set a trap and I could do nothing about it. I had to keep the boots and they reimbursed like 30% of the cost. (200$)

I purchased a two-piece set from this store based on the product description, which clearly stated cotton and linen fabric. However, the item I received is made of low-quality polyester and does not match the advertised material or appearance. There were no proper labels on the garment, and the item had multiple loose threads, indicating poor manufacturing quality. Overall, the product is significantly different from what is shown on the website. I contacted customer service and was offered only a partial refund of 30%, or I would need to return the item to Turkey at my own expense, which is not reasonable considering the cost of the product.

Based on my experience, I would advise caution when ordering from this store.

I wished I had checked online review of this merchant before I order. It is a scam. Very poor quality. One item came in with defect. It is returnable, however, the return address is in other far away country, your refund might not enough to cover return shipping fees.

This company should not exist. The products are so poor...and the customer service is even poorer. I ordered several things...went with their size chart...nothing fit. Wanted to return items but they only except items sent back to Turkey!!! Then one item did not come and instead of crediting my original form of payment..they gave me a store credit. I am going to send a letter to the Attorney General of my state. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...IT LOOKS GOOD BUT LOOKS ARE DECEIVING.
