I didn’t even want to leave a one star! I purchased a sweater for my daughter, she never received it, it was a Christmas present! And I have been emailing this company since before Christmas 2025 and they will not deliver it to my daughter and will not give me a refund! I received their last email today, February 27, 2026 and their response was they will not be sending me a refund. No sweat sweater and no refund!

I bought two pants. They were poorly made sizes extremely small, stitches off. I had been emailing “Astrid” back and forth , they are playing games. They don’t accept returns , they don’t care. It’s all a scam. Don’t buy from them

Lacetti insists they delivered a gold ring I purchased from them with delivery insurance. The ring was NEVER delivered. They would not refund my money. This is a scam vendor. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The size guide is not reliable. Size M pants are supposed to have a 30-32 inch inseam. These came at 25 inches. The material was as described. Unfortunately it's woolen winter pants which are unacceptable as pedal pushers.

DONT SESERVE 1STAR AT ALL. no other option to choose.they take long time to respond back whe i reached out for return and providing me unacceptable reason not to return. Return location they are referring is Australia when the shipment came from China. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

The item received was not as described. It took weeks of back-and-forth emails , including a photograph of item received, to have refund request declined. I will never order from Lacceti again and will leave a negative review wherever possible.

way to small, too short, horrid customer service will never buy again

I ordered size 2XL (I normally order a Large but went by their sizing.) The clothing I received was more appropriate for a size small. I wish I were exaggerating. I emailed and actually got a reply saying they would offer me 20% refund (because sending the items back would cost more than my purchase). The labels inside the clothing make no sense either. The items themselves were not garbage but of no use to me or anyone in my family. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I was drawing to this website especially shoes. Finally ordered shoes that looked amazing oh photos and discounted from $160 to $75. Could not believe the actual product that was delivered to my door. Nothing like and image. My boots had a semi pointed toes and those had round toes. The quality is terrible and made of faux suede or microfibre suede and not even soft to touch. Fake leather insert. My size wasn’t match ether. I wear 8.5 ordered in 9 and still small. The bottom line is that I wasted $ and lesson learned. I can assure you that you can get way better quality boots at Walmart for $19.99 than those discounted that I received. Please don’t waste your money on pretty images and poor/fake products.

Sweater arrived with no labels or tags whatsover. It did not fit and had stitching that was unraveling, but customer service refused to take it back, claiming it would have to be mailed to Australia. I plan to donate this $65 item to Goodwill.

Do not buy from Lacceti!

This is not a legit operation. I ordered a "tester" item to see what the quality was like. I got an immediate text message that my order was received, good. Three days later got a message that it had shipped. Good. Then nothing after that. For 2 weeks, no updates. I called the phone number on the website, no answer. I finally emailed them today and said I would cancel the payment through my credit card if I did not get the item, and magically it appeared at my door today. The item is as I ordered, but there are no tags or brands in the item. There was a tag in the inside side seam, but it was cut off. Do not recommend using this site, you won't be sure what you are getting, or if you are getting it.

I truly don’t know should I laugh or cry 🤦🏻‍♀️ but of course it is my fault. I usually very good by telling if the website will be garbage ohh dear I just put it in a garbage seven pieces of order Please don’t even try!!

The clothes I purchased were at least one whole size smaller than US standards. The cashmere sweater was definitely not cashmere. The sandal were sewn together in a way that my foot flopped off the sole. The fabric quality of the blouse was not something I would be comfortable in. In order to return the items, they have to be shipped to AU. The return policy is that they need to be returned within 14 daysThe return department did not respond to my return request for 6 days. The response did not include the address to ship the items to the AU. I'm wondering if they are avoiding giving me the address so I can't ship them back within 14 days. They offered me 20% back on my purchase or another size sent at no cost. After receiving the miniature closes, I do not feel confident that the next size up will fit either. I am 5'9" 155 pounds and ordered size large.

I received a product that was not the same description as the product on their website. The website said that the sweater I purchased was a combination of wool and cashmere, but it feels synthetic. In addition there was no size tag or fabric care instruction tag which I believe is illegal in the U.S. When I emailed them to return the product and get a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping cost back to Australia. However, I kept the original shipping package and it says that the sweater was shipped to me from 182-30 150th Rd, Jamaica, New York 11413. Therefore I think that they are saying this simply to deter me from returning the product. I filled a couple of customer return forms and received the same exact response from Astrid so it seems like a canned response. I asked for their return address and never received a reply.

"We can assist you with a return, however, it would have to come to our Australian address (most of our customers come from the AU, that's why we have it there)

Please note that shipping costs may be high due to the weight of the package & distance, and they're the responsibility of the customer; but I Spoke to my manager earlier and we came up with a few options that might be more beneficial for you
We, as a company, will be at a loss on this order either way, so here's what we could do to make things easier for you:

We're happy to let you keep the item (maybe it comes in handy one day, maybe it can be gifted), in order to help you avoid paying the hefty shipping fees, and we'll still instantly refund you 20% of what you paid. That may end up being a little more than what you'd be left with if you were to pay a return fee,
so l really think this would be a lot cheaper. We'll take the loss, no problem. Your happiness = our goal.

If Sizing was the issue: we can offer you a free replacement. You can still keep the current order, you would just have to pay for the replacement shipping cost to you - which is significantly cheaper than paying for a return (because we have contracts with carriers from here, due to our large shipping volume).
If you decide on this option, please let us know the size and color you would like, and i will create a new order for you and request payment of shipping in an email.

Alternatively, you can get a different, new item for free from lacceti.com. That means you still won't have to pay for return fees, and on top of that, you get a product for free. If the new item is more expensive than your current one, you only need to pay the shipping cost & difference. Take a look at our store and let us know what item you'd like!

Most likely they buy clothing in China and then sell it. There no labels for material or sizing. The clothing is small. They refuse to answer. The only way is to contact your credit card. After that they reply to you offering 20% off to buy another cloth and keep the old cloth( to get 20% of the price). There is no magic: there is no cheap price for great quality. Never buy through online, unverified stores. It’s a scam.

I ordered a Arden Cashmere sweater in early December, it arrived sometime in the middle of January. thre was no label on the sweater and no care label. It idd not feel like cashmere, so I did a burn test of a string from the sweater: it burned like plastic does by quickly retracting back, and there was no smell of burning wool or cashmere. The sweater is still being advertised as cashmere, but there are subtle differences from the one they sent me. I wish I could add the screen shot, but here is the link to the page. The collar looks different also.

This company refuses to provide exchanges or returns outside of a 14 day window and it took longer than that to receive the item (in Ohio) which was a gift. The sweater does not feel like cashmere at all and I believe this site is selling inferior goods. Avoid this company.

Terrible experience. Ordered items as Xmas gifts. Arrived weeks late (past xmas), poor quality in the items and no labels/care instructions. When I went to return, I was informed I had to ship them back to AUSTRALIA... $100 USPS costs to send a package there! They offered me a 20% refund and I wouldn't have to return the items, and they never sent the refund... Never again buying anything here!

ILLEGALLY SOLD goods-no labels or cut labels. FTC charges up to $16,000 per each violation/each item for selling clothing in the US without label or cut label.
FAKE materials-not cashmere for sure.
INVENTED sizes-all items are XS and sold for M,L,XL.
HORRENDOUS SMELL-items smell like sewer.
FAKE claim of origin-items are from China, nothing to do with Australia. Fake sender address.
FAKE, delayed, robotized response-boilerplate "solutions" that involve buying more garbage from them or keeping the garbage and gift it. I'd be ashamed to gift such garbage.
I would give them zero if possible.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. YOU'LL BE PAYING FOR AWFULLY SMELLING GARBAGE.

Warning—Do not buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off! After paying over $100 my sweater was the wrong color and the body of it was too short and misshaped. It looks dumpy on me. And they make you take on the financial responsibility for the return. Wish I had read the reviews.
