This company is essentially a scam. They offer items that can be purchased on Shein but for a much higher cost. I had nothing but problems with my first order, it was not like the photos, very thin material, not made well, and was incredibly ill fitting. I wanted to return it and then they do the switch and say "It can be returned but only to Australia and it will be so expensive that you'd be at a loss so we can offer a 20% refund instead, or order another item and pay shipping of $15". I thought to give the second item a try. The item never arrived, I emailed and customer service sent photos of the courier, GOFO, placing the items in an OUTgoing mailbox, not to INcoming deliveries at the post office. The short story is I never received that item and now I'm out for two items and customer service continues to do nothing. They respond to emails, but don't reference the issue and continue to reiterate the same things, and now reference for me to return an item to Australia that I have never received. Don't do business with this company unless you want to simply give them money.

THIS IS A SCAM! I ORDERED "ITALIAN LEATHER SANDALS" AND GOT PLASTIC GLUED, FAKE, MAN MADE MATERIAL, $2 SHOES. GLUE RUNNING OUT OF THE SIDES! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AND WANTED ME TO SEND BACK TO A DIFFERENT INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS AT MY EXPENSE! RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY HAVE SEVERAL OTHER BUSINESS NAMES. THESE PRODUCTS ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE!

I purchased the Paloma Loafers, they arrived 2 sizes too small, poor quality with the strap that goes around the back of the ankle shorter than the shoe itself. Obviously unwearable. Service was appalling, was told it would be too expensive for me to return them so was offered a 10 o/o refund , then a 20o/o refund then a 30 o/o refund , it kept going up until I took my complaint to PayPal who refunded my money. This is a scam company , avoid like the plague. When a company keeps trying to avoid refunding , especially when they have firstly sent the wrong size of shoe and it’s there mistake and they still can’t except responsibility, then they are a Scam Company that you need to avoid.

Ordered and didn't get products anywhere close to the quality advertised on the website despite a realistic price point. Simple leather sandals make sense to be $60. The ones I received, made of cheap polyvinyl/acetate "faux leather" (and there are nice faux leathers! These are not made of that), were not worth $60. Nor were the sunglasses made of plastic with plastic lenses.

I ASAP reached out to them on their website asking how to return/refund. They emailed a day later only to offer partial refunds if I kept it, or even a free item (this doesn't make sense). The return address is "in australia" (they still haven't sent an address despite me asking in writing 3 times), but they ship from Mainland china via a forwarder in Miami FL and has a merchant address in Bethel, MN. Scam, scam, scam.

Ordered "Italian Leather" Paloma loafers, they were plastic and glued together, the wrong size. Customer service told he I could be refunded if I mailed them with tracking to Australia, and proceeded to try and offer me partial refunds or other products. Told them I would issue a dispute with Visa due to a fraudulent product and they eventually refunded me. Items are NOT AS DESCRIBED. This is a scam where cheap dupes are sent and refunds are not issued easily, despite fraud.

Wish I had read all the negative reviews before ordering. Sweater was expensive and sizing is WAY OFF! Need to return! Here we go! Ship to Australia on my dime? They said they are in Australia. Hard to get in contact with any customer service. Waited forever for item to originally ship and now it needs to be returned! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Hope I get refund!!!! Update today 8/20/25 I am still waiting for a return/refund from this SCAM company. They keep dodging sending a return label and telling me its going to cost too much to return item to them. They shipped item to me for $6.99 USD. But if I return it it will cost more than my $60 purchase! I am being offered all sorts of BARGAINS, DISCOUNTS, EXCUSES, anything and everything to avoid a return/refund. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY BELEIVED TO BE BASED IN CHINA! Just checked tracking where item was shipped from...MAINLAND CHINA...and was shipped using YUN Express. OUT OF CHINA!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! AVOID DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! RUN!!!Contacting Atty General. Don’t buy from this company. Nothing is what is advertised. Leather is not real. You must ship/return to Australia at your expense. Shipping and refunding is vague. Dishonest business.

First the shoes are too small, waiting to find out how to return. There is no name in the shoes, and sizing and material label inside either shoe. I also do not believe they are leather.

This company has incorrect sizes, and when you try to return the parts, they then say that it is too expensive to return the shoes, please just pick out another pair. When you do, they expect you to pay shipping on the new pair. Stay away from this scam company!

I was hopeful reading some of the reviews. Highly overpriced for the quality. They advertise leather shoes. The shoes were plastic and probably the worst quality I have seen. The sweater also. You are so much better paying less at a discount store for better quality. Also the shipping is from China and took over a month.

I actually never went through with the order and here is why. After I placed an item in my cart and went to checkout, I noted I could not remove the item. This was weird. Then they started texting and emailing me constantly. The emails offered discounts and they became more with each email . I finally blocked the company since there seemed to be no way to unload my cart. This made me suspicious. Normally you can go back to a website and change your order to 0 or delete item. I could not. Perhaps this is just a fluke but as I have been scammed before by another site (unrelated) I am wary.

8 days after the order was placed they still have not sent it.

This is a terrible website, I bought a top at $40 fabrication read: cotton, it arrived 100 polyester. There only return policy is to pay for shipping to Australia? Or get 20% refund! Don’t buy from them.

Not pleased. My order was left on the lobby floor. A picture of said package on taken as if delivered to me. I never received and asked for refund.
They offered a resend with charging me yet another 9.95 for shipping and handling. Refund and I will never order from them

Lacceti Is a Scam – Stay Away

Lacceti sold me a faulty item and refused a full refund. Instead, they offered only 30% back and told me to pay for return shipping to Australia — knowing it would cost more than the item itself. This is a deliberate scam targeting international customers.

I’ve reported them to PayPal for fraudulent trading and will report them to consumer protection authorities and Instagram.

This company operates with zero integrity. Avoid them at all costs.

Just received my so anticipated sandals what a sham they are such poor quality!
Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior to spending my money!
Never again.

I wish there was a negative star grade. I ordered these shoes mid June . They were 66.00 with shipping and I was excited and checked carefully to ensure they were offering GENUINE LEATHER. They said they were. They aren’t and the sole is rubber/plastic. The site has them as leather with a wood sole and rubber. I usually get myself a good pair of sandals for the summer that last me years. It seems they will break within the first wear.

In a store, I wouldn’t have bought them for $ 10.00. They are plastic with rubber soles. They are probably half a size shorter than I ordered. These shoes are a waste.

I could have gotten them on Temu for about $ 15.00. I am going to eat my loss in order to remind myself to continue scrolling past Instagram ads.

I need to change the size and have emailed twice to their support email and have not had a reply
