Excellent service and amazing products
We loved their products and then visited their store in London but as it's quite small, we ended up ordering everything online. After a small issue with delivery, their customer service sorted it out very quickly and we had received our goods by the end of the day!

The item arrived damaged but I contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful and responsive and sent a replacement straight away.

Overall craftmanship and quality was exactly as promised, The sizing was perfect as well. I purchased a pair of shoes and lovely dainty socks for my grand daughter. I also ordered a polo top for my grandson. I was concerned about receiving them on time. I communicated via e-mail about my concern. I was immediately contacted and assured that I would get them on time... to my surprise I received them earlier than expected. There is that saying that goes....
