It doesn’t state that this isn’t duty free. The clothes weren’t delivered because I refused to pay the duty on the items. Just be prepared for that. I can’t give review on clothing because I didn’t pay that.

Unfortunately, all orders over $800 (approx. £600) will be subject to customs fees, I would suggest placing multiple orders all under $800 to avoid any charges for customs fees.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service - item went to the wrong address (customer's fault entirely), and La Coqueta went to great lengths to redirect it and then replaced the items when that didn't work. So impressed. Beautiful clothes too.

Unfortunately, due to the new customs regulations as a result of Brexit, VAT is now applicable on orders from the UK to the EU. We do make sure to notify all our customers by email that these charges may be applicable when their order arrives in their destination country.
These regulations are very new and as a company we are working very hard to make some amendments to our website to make it easier for our customers based in the EU to shop online with us. We are hoping for all these extra charges to be seen upfront on the checkout page to prevent any surprises when the order reaches the destination country.
