Was easy to book online
contacted when arrived and was met by the guide.
tour was great.

Drivers take too many risks - theydrive too close to the vehicle in front and overtake without little safety margin.

In the beginning I did not know how to do it. I wrote an eMai and then it worked very well and I have all I need.

Highlight of Sri Lanka. Tour consultant, Nalinda, was professional and prompt to tailor up our itinerary. Though 5 days wasnt enough to explore the whole of Sri Lanka, it sure made a deep impact for us. Driver was good, the food was good, everything was just perfect :)

Very good service. Staff was very cordial to help.

Booking handled in a professional manner and all details taken care of

Great safari. Driver was very respectful of elephants. Drove us home safely in a wild thunderstorm

Very good booking system and communications. Our driver Asela arrived on time. He drove very well and showed a lot of skill. Over two hours we watched about 150 elephants in three different parts of the park. Also saw an eagle, water buffalo and birds. A great trip. Thanks.

They never came to pick us up. We paid in advance. Waited for half an hour with our two kids. Never again!!

I was recommended Lakpura as a reliable, cost effective and helpful agency by a friend who availed services many years ago as part of his frequent business trips to SL. Actually Dinakshi had been recommended personally. And the recommendation was correct.
I've had a very good experience. She was patiet in answering all my questions, gave me the best options and tailored the trip to match my many conditions. We have already recommended Lakpura to other friends who have also booked and have had a good experience. Thank you.

We dealt with Laleesha when organising our excursion, through emails, who was very good.

We had an excellent taxi driver, and also an good safari Jeep driver. The coordination was also good!

-very friendly staff
-easy transaction process
-Jeep was alright

Excellent turned up on time good jeeps great service booked from australia was unsure how reliable the booking would be but they turned up on time smiling and awesome.

They arranged a jeep, driver and guide for us at Minneriya National Park and everything was first class with excellent communication. Had a wonderful unforgettable experience. Would certainly use them again.

Booked Kandy Perahera Esala seats through Lakpura, good price and best seats in Queens Corridor, front row. Excellent experience.

Reservation was easy and fast. The driver was great and respect the animals. Thanks for the experience.

Excellent service,
Car was comfortable and air-conditioned and drove to the conditions that would be expected of a "westerner". We had other drivers when we were away but never felt as safe as we did on our drive with Christopher.
