I paid PKR 29,900 on LAMA Retail’s website, but received no order confirmation, receipt, or email. When I contacted their customer support, they simply told me to contact my bank instead of helping me resolve the issue. As I’m using a UK bank card while in Pakistan, this is very inconvenient. I expected better customer service from a well-known brand. Very disappointing experience. strongly not recommemded genuine experience.

Terrible customer service and an inflexible, seller-centric policy. I visited their Karachi outlet and discovered they refused to honor their online sale prices in-store, resulting in a Rs. 10,000 loss. When I requested a refund or a compensation gift voucher, they flat-out refused. To make matters worse, they have rigid exchange policies that offer zero flexibility if you are unsatisfied with the fabric quality. An overall frustrating experience with a brand that clearly does not value its customers.

Lama retail products are one of the most overrated, disturbing, putrid and vile monstrosity to ever grace this planet. Their size chart is the biggest lie that I've ever seen in my life. I have ordered a large pair of T shirt and Jeans for myself, I took proper measurements and ordered according to the chart but when it arrived today on 17 August 2026 idk but they sent me 100XL. And the fabric isn't as good as it looks in the pictures.

Gotta be honest with the exceptional customer support. I purchased some trousers in August and the fabric developed an odd odor. I asked the team for a retur and without asking too much information, they said pls visit the store from where you purchased and exchange the products.
