It is really disheartening to see a well-known brand neglect its regular customers like this. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them anymore. Poor product quality and pathetic after-sales service!"

I have been disappointed with Uniworth’s approach to sale products and customer service. Whenever Uniworth offers a sale, the quality of some discounted items appears to be noticeably below the standard expected from the brand.

More importantly, if the color or appearance of an item does not meet expectations, the return and exchange policy offers very little flexibility. Customers should have reasonable options, particularly when the product does not match the expected quality or appearance.

The rigid approach toward returns and exchanges significantly affects the overall customer experience. Considering the brand’s pricing, this makes Uniworth feel **far less value for money than it should be**. I hope the management reviews both the quality of sale items and the customer-friendly flexibility of its return and exchange policy.

My Story:

Worst Experience with them. I recently buy shirts and assumed that they have one of the the best customer service in clothing in PAKISTAN. But i encountered with WORST of the WORST customer service after i bought it. I bought some shirts in Large Size in different fabrics. For some fabrics, it fit to me , so i keep it with me and for the rest they does not fit to me. Those look very large. I called the customer service and asked if I can exchange with other shirts. AND they said as per our policy you can not exchange it as it is sold under 50% discount. What? So they said they will not exchange and they will not return. So whoever is buying keep in mind. If this product does not suit to you, maybe it is Extra large tie in the size of large tie or you face any issue then your product will never get exchanged and never return. So NEVER NEVER Buy Online from Uniworth. And before buying it physically at their shop at 50% discount, make sure it fit to you from every perspective. And then pay them money before this. Once again, Never buy Online from Uniworth on discount (Such as 35/50% discount). Your product will never get returned or exchanged.

Best Quality Products, a true blend for Mens executive wear

Bought a few polo shirts from their estore. The fabric quality is bad, even after hand washing the shirts, the fabric started to look like it is a few years old. Not recommended.

I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at your Ghafar Plaza Outlet, Multan.

A family member gifted me a Shirt & Tie T-shirt, purchased from your Rawalpindi outlet. I visited the Ghafar Plaza outlet to request a replacement due to an incorrect neck size. However, your representative refused to process the exchange without the original purchase receipt.

Kindly explain how a person who receives a gift is expected to ask the giver for the purchase receipt. This defeats the purpose of gifting and creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers.

I also requested your staff to check the product through your system by scanning the item's barcode or code to verify its authenticity and point of sale. Unfortunately, I was informed that this was not possible, which is surprising for a reputed retail brand.

Today, I visited the outlet again with the same request, but once again the exchange was declined which was purchased form this outlet .As a result, I left the shirt at the outlet and requested that it be returned to the owner of Shirt & Tie.

Furthermore, I found the attitude and behavior of the representative at the Ghafar Plaza Outlet to be highly unprofessional and disappointing. Such poor customer service reflects negatively on your brand and may discourage loyal customers from shopping with you in the future.

I request that this complaint be forwarded to the owner and senior management of Shirt & Tie for their review. I also request a response explaining your exchange policy for gifted items and the reason your outlets are unable to verify purchases through your system.

I look forward to your prompt response and an amicable resolution.

I have had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life with Uniworth at Dolmen Mall.

I spent over PKR 100,000 on shopping, yet the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased pants that required alteration, but there was no courtesy or professionalism shown throughout the process. The size provided did not fit properly. The sales team informed me that a size 36 does not necessarily mean a 36-inch waist and could be smaller or larger, which is unacceptable and very confusing for customers.

I returned the pants for correction, and despite being within the 14-day policy period, I was told there was no option for a replacement in the correct size. After a second alteration, I was promised delivery on Tuesday, but the pants were not delivered as committed. Instead, I have received repeated excuses and inconsistent responses.

I have a flight tomorrow evening and still do not have the pants that I paid for. For a customer who has spent over PKR 100,000 at your store, this level of service is extremely disappointing.

I have extensive WhatsApp communication documenting this entire experience. If my properly fitting pants are not delivered by noon tomorrow, I will be compelled to share my experience publicly on social media and provide honest feedback regarding the service I received.

I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved immediately and professionally.

Quality products. Value for money. Recommend for formal and casual gents dressing.

This brand's pricing is completely out of touch with the quality on offer. For what is essentially a locally manufactured product, the price tags border on absurd. The fabric, stitching, and finish simply do not hold up when compared to what you get elsewhere.
International brands and even several UK high street labels consistently deliver more refined, better constructed shirts at the same price point, and often at half the cost. The attention to detail, fabric quality, and overall finish from those options puts this brand to shame.
If you're spending premium money, you deserve premium quality. This brand is charging gold-tier prices for a product that doesn't come close to justifying it. Until the quality matches the ambition of the price tag, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased a shirt advertised as chest size 20". After normal washing it reduced to 19". I submitted a claim with evidence, but it was rejected without a clear explanation. Disappointed.

I used to buy the belts of of Uniworth regularly and they were very durable. But recently, their belts are very disappointing. The buckle of the last 2 belts I bought broke immediately. They need to focus on the quality of the buckle.

Very disappointing experience with Uniworth.

I purchased a Poplin perfume based on the salesman’s recommendation and tester, but the tester itself was not long-lasting and did not smell as expected.

The bottle I bought is still sealed and unopened, yet they refused to exchange it and asked me to contact WhatsApp instead, where no proper help was provided.

Poor customer service and misleading guidance.
