No. This is not about beer or soda. It's good and refreshing because all other companies are worried about how much they earn from your profile and how you can work more for less money. After a tons of interviews with same narrative and process, Landing.Jobs was a very good and refreshing experience. Since the beginning, they are worried if the candidate is happy, satisfied and glad with the process, with the interview and with the company (Landing and final client).
I was constantly monitored and they always asked me if everything was going well, if my interviews were going fine, if I was enjoying the process, if I was liking the client / vacancy.
In the middle of the process I had some questions, and quickly Landing answered me and made me feel safe and ready for the next stage of the process.
They are different in a special and good way.

Human resources really care about the candidates, have a great relation with their clients and do everything to get things done. Every week they contact their candidates and help them on whatever they need.

I've worked with a bunch of recruitment companies before, when job hunting. Landing.jobs brings a whole new experience to the market, no automated emails, no promotional stuff, just doing their business awesomely. I got a personal email from them every now and then, which guided me through the process and gave me very insightful data about the future employers. Hands down best recruitment experience I've ever had.

The guys at landing are very friendly and communicative, they formed a small community to talk to people on how to improve their product. They help the companies by doing the first interview for the job offers and help the job hunters by posting good and detailed information about the companies and position.

They have pretty good job offers and also great customer service. You can always get feeback from them, which is rare. And great.
