Don’t use this company
Expensive delivery costs which took 2 weeks and then wrong product delivered but they’re not willing to send correct product.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we do appreciate all feedback, even when it’s not positive. However, there are a few key details that were not mentioned in your comments which we’d like to clarify.
You placed your order with us at 15:04 on September 22nd, and it was dispatched the following day via our courier. Your order was delivered on September 29th — a total of four working days later, not two weeks as stated.
You ordered a bulk bag of 20–30mm pebbles, which is exactly what was sent. You later contacted us to say you were unhappy with the size of some of the stones, and we explained that the product supplied matched your order and there may be some gravel that where bigger or smaller due to the product being natural stone. Unfortunately, there is no alternative product available to exchange in this case.
Regarding the delivery charge, please consider that you are located over 200 miles from our depot — we believe £49.20 is a very fair rate given the distance involved.
I did try to call you to discuss this further, but unfortunately the call was ended abruptly. As a family-run business, we take all feedback seriously, as it reflects both our family and the hard work we put into our business. That’s why we’re proud to maintain excellent ratings on both Trustpilot and Google.

Great family run company to deal with
Great family run company to deal with, every interaction I have had with a landscape world member of staff has been pleasant and professional, good proces and quick delivery. Driver put the ton bags exactly where i wanted. would highly recommend them

A professional and efficient experience
Landscape World have been excellent. I used them to work on both my front and back gardens. I made several orders, which were all delivered promptly. They rang me ahead of time to ensure I was available for delivery or took instructions for where the order should be placed. They are also very competitively priced! My garden looks great now, many thanks!

Excellent product, easy ordering and delivery
It was really easy to order and pay online, the delivery was really quick. The driver was very courteous of property and delivered exactly where I had asked him to. We bought some slate and it is exactly what we wanted.

You left it on the pavement!
Left one ton of stones blocking the pavement.
On the phone I asked about the 50x20 kg bags, and was told they will come like that! Etc etc

You placed an order for a 'Bulk Bag' which is what we supplied. You didn't order single bags. We can also see from the picture supplied by the delivery company the Bulk Bag would not fit into your garden through your front gate. The Bulk Bag is not blocking the pavement as we can clearly see there was ample room to get past.

Hi All. After searching alot of companies for porcelain tiles i came across Landscape World, From start to finish on the website and on the phone ( i was so impressed).
