We had a 10th birthday party, unfortunately not all kids could make it (tummy bugs) and what was a 30 guest party turned to a 21 guest party. Have paid a full deposit of 300 euro we were then told no refund would be made and we couldn't use the overpayment against drinks or other activities. So best not having your kids party here as we all know there is always those who drop out at the last minute. Most establishments would just charge for those participating or give you a voucher or a refund but not here. Disappointing and wont be back. We will stick with the trusty Leisureplex for future parties at least they have somewhere to sit also!

Visited for the first time earlier this month, after booking online. When we arrived, no members of staff were in sight, there was no clear direction of where to go and we were left stood confused for a few minutes until an employee in civvies greeted us to ask if we'd booked. She led us to the counter and asked details of our booking, then asked if we wanted drinks in a slightly impatient tone. When all was answered, the lady led us to the golfing area, picked our clubs out and gave us instruction as to how we should navigated to holes. We were finished fairly quickly and left with no choice but to leave as all arcade machines were overpriced card only machines and all visible members of staff were behind the counter paying us no mind. Not the worst experience but I wouldn't recommend it before considering other places. Will not be visiting such an unwelcoming place again.

The experience was disappointing and overpriced. Lane 7 city centre - We arrived on time and paid €26 for bowling. Due to delays at the tills, our start time was pushed back. We only managed to play one game, despite being told we’d get a second. Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and rude throughout. Altogether, we got just 15 minutes of playtime—not worth the money.

Booked a lane at lane 7 and when I went I was told they had issues with the lanes and would be emailed with an option to book a double game at another date as compensation. Email never came and so I called to just ask for a refund, I was told they didn't do refunds and that they would have to ask their sales team. During this whole process the customer service was horrible and the staff were incredibly rude, telling me to stop talking because they don't do refunds (even though I was denied the service due to their own issues). In the end the refund was approved and I am now waiting for it to come back, however I would never recommend this place to anyone. On top of all of this, the "arcade" section is a small area with broken games that barely work and the photo booth barely works as well. Awful customer service and a bad establishment overall.

The venue was really nice. Sadly the customer service is awful - there was an issue with our voucher, and I am still waiting after more than two weeks for it to be resolved. Very disappointing.

A couple of the arcade machines weren’t working but overall we had a good time :) drinks were good, if a little expensive but that’s expected, there was bowling, pool, a Photo Booth, individual bathrooms thank god and picnic benches on the outside for smokers

Newcastle. Facilities were ok but the staff were unable to keep us safe from harassment from groups of young men so this is a would NOT recommend.

Worst work night out in human history. took £700 from us to be rushed through a game of bowling, told we couldn't sit down anywhere.. moved to 3 different floors all while the staff treat us like dirt.. they turned lanes off as a few of us where 10 mins late

our pre paid drinks package lol... 40 pints of various beers, pre pulled and left on the side of the bar to go flat. worst Guinness in the north east btw

DON'T pay in advance as they'll treat you like your asking for it for free.. don't book if you want to actually enjoy your time, have a laugh and not be rushed through a 20 minute game and told to get out the way.

Refreshing and Exciting venue to Bowl. But the machinery is very clunky, failing to operate fully each time i have been. Also the staff are really heavily trying to 'sell' the Arcade Machines. Offering discount cards for 10 Credits but once you have purchased , the Arcade Machines were hardly working. Not turing on, not taking scores, limited functionality. When requesting a refund for this, one member of staff was obliging but then the manager was not. They did offer a game of darts instead. But If youre going to push sales of a service, make sure that service works, or refund customers if they request it.
