My experience was amazing! Then ring i ordered arrived earlier than expected and in tip top condition. This is going to be a special gift for my girlfriend when I Pop the big question! Im excited and thankful to have purchased from lanes! The quality is superb!

I ordered two rings separately, one right after the other, and the support team reached out immediately to make sure I didn't order 2 on accident. Just them reaching out to make sure the orders were intentional made a really great impression. The rings came quickly and I LOVE THEM!!! Beautiful products and I will be ordering again!

The gold colour fades a little on the inner face of the band, probably due to sweat, washing, etc, but apart from that all good so far.

The ring is exactly what we ordered. It is beyond beautiful. I do need to size down as it was slightly too big. But I’m in love!

My ring came in and I honestly couldn’t even believe it. It’s very high quality (in my opinion), and very shiny. I’m super content with what I received. Although, it was a little bigger than I personally expected. I’m sure I just completely miss-measured or thought completely differently. Im still not disappointed whatsoever though. I’m very happy with my purchase!

They changed the refund terms after I shipped the item

Absolutely terrible customer service and refund process. Lane Woods told me to return my item to their warehouse and said they would refund me within 1–5 business days after the tracking showed delivery/signature. I followed their instructions, paid $16.30 out of my own pocket to ship the package, and provided them with the tracking number.

After I shipped it, they changed the story and told me the refund would instead be processed 3–5 business days AFTER they received the item. That is not what I was originally told.

The entire process has been unnecessarily frustrating and feels like the customer is expected to keep jumping through hoops after already doing exactly what the company requested. If you are considering buying from Lane Woods, I would think very carefully about how difficult it may become if you need to return something.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience with their customer service and refund process.

My ring is stunning. It’s more beautiful than I anticipated and just the size I wanted it to be. I was worried it would look way too big. It does not. I chose the 925 silver with moissanite gems. Ring choice: Art Deco Oval Moissanite 2 carat.

The quality was exceptional and the support for the shipping was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I made a last minute decision to get married one afternoon. So we wanted something quick and affordable for the time being. After a lot of research we decided to go with this company I ordered a 5ct radiant cut and with a bezel setting. I was so excited about this ring it seemed like it took forever to get here! The day they said it was coming I kept watching my camera with the excitement of my ring arriving! Finally it was delivered!!!! My husband was sitting at the table and I opened the package so fast he was like wait a minute! Let me open it for you! He opened it and with great disappointment and shock it was not a 5ct…. It was a 2ct…. Devastated doesn’t even cover the emotion I felt at that moment. I quickly emailed customer service to let them know what happened. I sent them a picture with the measurements of the ring and they did admit fault. I asked them if I could return the ring for the correct one. I had to pay to ship it back! Seriously?! So they offered to refund the difference of the price between the two rings. It was a very hard emotional experience. I so badly wanted the ring of my dreams but didn’t think I should have to pay for their mistake. So I let them refund the difference and kept the ring they sent me. It’s a beautiful ring, great quality. The gold does scratch up a bit faster than I would like but for the price I guess I can’t complain.

The rings are stunning. It has not tarnished or anything. Still just as sparkly as when it came in and I wear it everyday. It looks beautiful especially for the price. Its worth every dollar spent.

I received my first order with Lane Woods Jewelry and I loved my piece. The style and sparkle is definitely noticeable and the price was just right. The website was easy to order and user friendly. The only three things I would complain about is that on the website it doesn't have a phone number to talk to someone directy and only via email which is a hassle if you want a quick reply. Once used, the reply sometimes took more than 24 hours for a reply and then the reply did not always answer all the questions asked and I had to reply with the same questions twice. I also noticed that although I bought the piece online and gave my email, I did not receive a receipt of the purchase with the details so I had to contact and wait via email. The order also took longer than I expected but when I received it, it was better than I expected. I recommend the company have live agents to answer any questions and also to add more details on their website like where these pieces are made and where they ship from. For mine, I found out they were made and sent from China. I didn't receive any guarantees with the piece as far as workmanship or quality and materials so that tells me that it may or may not be the material listed in the website (white gold/silver/moissanite). Their return policy is a bummer because you will never get back the complete amount unless you cancel within 24 hours. This is unfair if you wait for the piece and for what ever reason it was not what you expected or there is something defective. Keep this in mind before ordering and a risk you will have to take. Otherwise the piece is nice and satisfied with my order.

The wait time was a bit longer than expected but it was a great ring. Quality was amazing. The ring was way bigger than anticipated! Overall it was a great experience!
