Got my 1/2 carat moisanite solitaire today! It looks amazing. The shipping took longer than usual ( ordered 12/19). So I figured it might take awhile, but they gave me accurate shipping number and I could follow where it was!

Beautiful ring, true to size and my wife absolutely loves it. Keeps her original ring in the safe until special occasions arise. It'sore beautiful in person than in pictures online when ordering.

I ordered a ring about a month ago, and i have sent them 1-3 emails on when it will be SHIPPED. They have not emailed me back at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from here. All the other 1 star reviews about emailing them and them not answering are true. They also dont put the estimate date when it will arrive in the confirmation email. They say that customers are their top priority, i dont beileve that.

I ordered a ring and still have not received any kind of confirmation email, tracking/order number, or the ring itself. But I was charged. I reached out to customer support asking for order information, and received a sketchy response asking for my payment information. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I will be asking for a charge back thru my bank....

Lakewood’s Jewelry created such an incredible and beautiful ring that I could give to my girlfriend. I made an error in ordering the wrong color and the costumer service department did a great job in helping me return the ring and get an identical one in the correct color. They were very helpful and he quality of the ring is amazing.

The shipping was probably the fastest I've ever received my products and this is probably the main reason why I will place my second order too, because if you order jewelry and especially rings online then from time to time you might miss the size so you need to return the ring for another one and it's good when the transit is on point.
