Amazing: Professional and Efficient
Lanyards Factory were absolutely fantastic to deal with in every way. Shania was always very quick to respond to emails and extremely patient with the endless questions I had to ask. Pricing was excellent and anytime we wanted something changed, it was done very well/quickly. Once our order was complete and ready to go, the lanyards arrived quickly and they were of great quality. Great and quick service!
We received well the big order for lanyards, perfectly on time for our event.
The only small note I wish I would have been informed about: the details for the delivery; I had been receiving notification for a DHL: delivery from China, but I thought it was a scam when in fact it was the lanyards delivery and never got back to these messages, luckily the parcels were still delivered even though I never confirmed.
